No feedback after placing order. Ordered some parts, they take your money then……… nothing. They must be far too busy (Mon-Fri) to bother updating customers about their orders, so now I’m stuck wondering whether I will be waiting 1 week or 1 year… pitiful in this day and age. It appears that a random apology is all customers get rather than a commitment to fix a broken business?

The lawnmower I purchased not only exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and efficiency, but the fast delivery provided added convenience and allowed me to tackle my lawn care tasks promptly. It's a reliable and effective tool that has made maintaining my yard a breeze.

The lawn mower machines I purchased were of excellent quality, with powerful engines and durable construction, and I appreciated the care taken in their packaging and delivery, ensuring that they arrived in perfect condition and ready to use.

Just needed new blade boss for Mountfield ride on. Found it on website, ordered, paid arrived day after. What more can you say.

Cost of goods 3.89 postage & packing 4.16. What a rip off. Two screws and a washer sent in a small jiffybag by second class post. How can they justify 4.16?

I purchased a blade and a blade adaptor for my Mountfield mower, identified easily from the online diagram. One working day later the correct parts turned up at my door in Cornwall. This is a great service and when I need more parts I will be back. Thanks All.

Good product, fuel filter and hoses for trimmer, good price, good delivery. Communication good if you phone them, but no email feedback given until item is sent. Notification if item out of stock would be helpful.

Excellent service and delivery, arrived on time and took my old ride on mower as part exchange, would definitely recommend them.

Still awaiting part after 6 weeks. Zero communication. Will not reply to emails. Phones never answered. Dreadful company to deal with. Willnever use again.

Unfortunately the item took nearly 3 months to arrive. Fortunately with the hot summer we managed without the part. A request for information by email was responded to promptly.

Company reliably provided spares for diy grass trimmer as ordered.
Due to universal shortage of components I waited for almost two months for parts.
I accept this as understandable under the circumstances.
The parts are exactly what I needed at a good price.
I am well pleased.

I would rate it a 3, because the order arrived about 7 weeks later with no information at all about delay. I had emailed them asking for information about the order a week after I placed it but no response. I eventually got a text message from Parcel Force (7 weeks later) that it was about to be delivered. Other than that, product is in good condition and exactly what I had ordered.

Such a long time to deliver but got there in the end Would otherwise given better score

Although there was a time lapse between dispatch and receiving and no notification of what day it would arrive we got exactly what we required and it did the job and saved buying another mower.

Had to wait a while for the mower part to be in stock, but as soon as it was available it was shipped to me without delay. Will order from them again when I need any other parts.

The new brake cable arrived as promised and we were able to o fit it. Unfortunately the screwed ferrule at the pedal end snapped half way along its length. Poorly made item! We managed to bodge a fix so all was not lost.
I guess it is not the suppliers fault but the manufacturer.

Very easy ordering process, so easy to identify the part I needed and then place order. Excellent prices and part arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Couldn't ask for anything more.

It was months before I recieved my order and with no communication to say how long it would take to come.

When I did ring I got the same reply "its in our warehouse and we'll expect it to be processed over tge weekened" but still nothing arrived.

Really bad service and especially as it was meant to arrive 48hrs

Consistent good service, even though limited info is provided they continue to do what they say. Items delivered in the expected window (typically 3 working weeks) when they’re not in stock.
