Friendly and helpful team. I purchased a piano online but I wanted to pick it up in person. They called when it was ready and the pick up process went smoothly.

When I ordered my drum pads from World of Music, using the form provided on line under 'contact', I received a reply within a very short time period. The reply contained all the information I asked for and I was happy to place an order with them.
The team arranged delivery of my goods and were more than happy to help if I had any questions.
The goods I received were safely packed in sturdy boxes to prevent damage. I thanked them for their help and gladly recommend them to you. I found they carried an extensive range of musical instruments and equipment at attractive prices.

Competitive pricing and great service. I bought the piano and the bench online. Loved the piano but didn’t quite like the bench as it was a little high and the cushion was too soft for my back. Brought the bench back to exchange and the staff was very helpful in helping me selecting a more suitable bench.

I had an issue early on with the piano that arrived and the team were extremely helpful and kind in rectifying the problem. They couldn't have been more responsive and they helped turn a tricky situation into a perfect outcome. Very grateful for their excellent customer service and the Roland digital piano is fabulous.
