I established auto renew last time I bought and yet it lapsed and I had to do all over again.
My confirm pages say auto renew on but one of my phones (SE) says no auto renew.

The 1st page of your policy documents, the Declaration Page, emailed to you at the time of purchase should confirm that for you. We have also checked your policy and can confirm that. Customer service is superb. There is a live person to talk with, and their phone system does not take you through an AI bot to reach the live person. It is a pleasure to have a company that abides by the “good old day” where you speak directly with a live, knowledgeable person.

I have had this company for several years with 4 iPhone.
Tried to charge the phone, it wouldn't turn on. Took it to apple, they said there was a problem with the screen. Did a claim, they it was denied because of wear and tear, they didn't even look at the phone to determine what was wrong.
Don't waste your money with them, but apple care. It would have been covered.
