If I could I’d give 0star wouldn’t recommend at all.

My partner bought a 55 kilos but turned out to be 50 kilos so less then we thought of mixed of men’s and ladies coats.

When opened the smell was very strong of damp, dirt and musk, Very old smell. Majority of the coats were damaged, ripped, badly stained. When taken out of bale they were compact that tight they were damaged.
Very disappointing, understands now why there is no returns or refunds. Spent £127.00 inc delivery. Didn’t get a free one even though it was stated you did but to be honest glad we didn’t with the one we got.

Quality very very poor.

I source all my resale clothing from here, and I have been consistently impressed with every single item I’ve received. The standard is outstanding — the vast majority of the knitwear I list on Vinted comes from them, and pieces sell quickly because the quality speaks for itself mainly AA and A,B

Every item arrives in excellent condition, carefully packed and no need to wash and ready to list — I can simply hang, photograph and list straight away, with no extra work needed. They are reliable, consistent, and the quality is excellent — perfect for building a trusted business across Vinted, eBay and Whatnot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else also arrivals within a few days and arrivals straight to the door.

I purchased the Special Offer Ladies Wear Combo Deal – 5 x 55kg bales plus 1 free bale from their website buyusedclothing by worththeweight company. The price initially seemed reasonable, particularly for someone starting out in wholesale clothing.

I have now opened 5 of the 6 bales. From the stock I received, most of the brands were basic high-street names such as George, F&F, Primark, Papaya, TU and Nutmeg.

After sorting the five bales myself, I estimated around 70% to be Grade B, with noticeable signs of previous wear or minor cosmetic flaws. Around 29% I considered Grade C or unsuitable for resale, including clothing with armpit stains, holes, tears and significant fabric pilling/bobbling. Only around 1% was what I personally considered Grade A or in excellent, near-perfect condition.

I sell clothing through live auctions and unfortunately many of these items struggled to sell even with £1 starting bids, mainly because of the brands and condition. I have also received customer feedback saying that some items appeared heavily used.

I still have one unopened bale as well as a considerable amount of clothing from the other five bales taking up storage space because I don't feel comfortable selling some of it to my customers.

My advice to anyone considering the bale is to be cautious if you're purchasing it expecting predominantly Grade A stock based on the website description. My experience was very different. Be prepared to spend considerable time sorting the clothing and think carefully about how you will resell the Grade B and lower-condition pieces. Personally, I would consider purchasing through their eBay store instead where additional marketplace buyer protections may be available.

Unfortunately, based on the condition of the five bales I opened and my experience trying to resell the stock, I have been unable to recover my investment and I'm giving this purchase 1 star.

I would even be happy for the supplier to collect the remaining clothing, including the unopened bale, without asking for a refund, as I would rather free up the storage space than continue trying to sell stock that isn't suitable for my business.

Apparently they changed their opening times 8 weeks ago but haven’t bothered to update the website . Travelled 30 miles and the woman wouldn’t see me as it was 10 minutes to closing .

Very disappointed with this bundle. I completely understand that the items are second-hand, and that’s not the issue. The problem is the very poor quality and brands — mostly Primark, George and low-quality items. One pair was supposed to be New Balance, but it appears to be fake.

Also, I received only around 20 pairs, while the listing said around 50 pairs for 20kg. That’s a huge difference.

Unfortunately, there was nothing really good in the bundle for me. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t buy again. Never again.

⭐ 1/5 – Lying, threatening, and can’t even deliver goods properly

I ordered two bales of clothing, paid in full, and they never delivered them to my home. They turned up without arranging a time or date, left nothing with me, then claimed the goods were being returned to Birmingham and told me I’d have to travel there to collect them – which is impossible when I live in London.

I disputed the payment, and the bank ruled fully in my favour because they failed to provide any proof of proper delivery. Now instead of admitting their mistake, the owner Graham Tucker is sending abusive messages, threatening court action, and even claiming “Russian owners” will come after me – pure intimidation to try and scare me into paying for goods I never received.

On his own social media he’s stood there surrounded by hundreds of bales of stock, yet still lies saying he delivered mine. This is not how a legitimate business operates – it’s harassment, lies, and total incompetence. Do not waste your money here.

Very happy with my order, came on time and quality was better than I expected. Will use again. Definitely.

Lovely helpful lady who despite the heat processed my 12 bags of clothes very efficiently.

Paid for a 10kg box of hoodies. Received a package with 11 hoodies, 2 sweatshirts and 8 joggers. They ignored my emails asked for a partial refund or to send the items I paid for. The items received are not great, value brands like Asda and primark with next to no resale value.

Never revieved my order! I ordered at the start of June and recieved NOTHING! When tried to reach them noones answering! SCAM

Graham Tucker the owner is falsely selling off his junk and items he's been unable to sell as "Grade A bales".

He'll pretend to be shock and promise a refund but will then ghost you. If you read his reviews both on Google and Facebook you'll realised what a dishonest 'salesman' he is.

After pressuring for a refund, this man has blocked me without arranging to remove his trash from my home or giving me a refund.

I advise anyone planning to buy from this guy to just go else where! It's not worth your time or energy.
