I have been a poker player for years, I play on GG, I play on Pokerstars, so I also started playing on WPT. Imagine my surprise when a few days after my first deposit, just after I won a WPT tournament, they blocked my account for no reason, no, it's not about VPN, it's not about anything illegal - they simply stated for reasons unknown to me that they would block the account. What a lack of respect for the customer who doesn't even know what the reasons for such behavior were. The bottom of the bottom. I have tried every contact option to obtain information - to no avail.

I never leave reviews,but for WPT I am going to make an exception. It's 100% rigged. No doubt in my mind. I should have listened to the reviews. Garbage! Don't trust it!

You might as well take $300 (cost of a one-year subscription) and burn it.

My feeling is that the algorithm is designed to make sure you lose.

I agree with how brutal this poker site is between the lack of players and the way the hoax you into a $5 three person tournament, and then they spin a wheel to decide if youre going to be playing for (what should be a $15 pot minus the company rake) which usually turns out to be a $10 payout, or every once in a while its $15 or $25.

Why is a review company called CardsChat reviews giving them 5 stars when I'm seeing one star reviews everywhere else online?

Never seen such a scammer site in my life, software is a nightmare, support stupid, money not safe.
Stay away from there, there are dozens of other apps to play on

They are scammers , everything was smooth and perfect untill I requested my money , first it was small amount and it got rejected for unknown reason , I requested it again and they blocked it one more time , I ran out of patience and lost it , then I deposited again and won again some extra , wanted to withdraw and tried crypto withdrawal , but they rejected again, gambled and lost that amount , well I couldnt believe it can be a scam , then deposited around 200$ , worked my ass off , went upto 550$ and requested 500$ to the same bank account where deposit came from, they rejected for unknown reason , when I texted support they said there is unknown problem and cant let me withdraw . I double checked with my bank if It was any problem , they said everything provided was 100% correct no errors , again I requested withdrawal also texted support . They are scammers . I have lost my patience and lost all of it and right away I get e-mail from them that they can let me withdraw crypto this one time 🤣🤣🤣🤣 what a gang of scammers this is , guys stay away from their platform

Thought play was alright till I wanted to cash out. Everything froze couldn’t even play froze for security reasons try to send documents.ok. Then you need facial recognition and it don’t work. all I cashed out is what I put on so I could keep playing actually like playing here.very disappointed

The entire game is rigged. I have never seen so many coolers in my 5 years of playing Texas Hold'em. AA appears in basically every 5 games, and they are all defeated by various strange hands, such as 46o and J5o. Every time you have a flush your opponent has a higher flush than you, and strangely enough, there aren't many people playing at all, and many tables are empty. What's even more ridiculous is that almost no one is playing tournaments in the WPT, and the number of real players is pitiful. I suspect they have a large number of bots that start letting you win some money and then give you a cooler when you win a certain amount. Makes you lose all your money.

Scammers. Dont EVER deposit a dime here. Theyre scamming you. Wont pay out.

They dont pay you... always an excuse dont ply on this site, isso like trow your money in The garbage. Go on party poker and pokerstars, they will pay you

Worst poker site , I deposited 300 Canadian and then the next day I could not sign in . They told me send my I.D and other information, after I did it i still could not log in . Scam site . Save your money. They replied back saying I had to do some steps to prove my identity which I already did months ago.

WPT controls the outcome of each hand. Also, on several hands, they failed to accurately account for the hand. For example: three two's, noted as a pair of two. A flush noted as a king high. Both hands were losers to lesser hands. Then more than statically impossible strategically placed river card to win over a far superior hand.

Even 1 star is too much. I have never seen so many quads and straight flushes happen so often. Also never had this many ridicolous bad beats. Deposits have issues at times and you can't withdraw right away. Their customer support is horrible and i understand all that is speculation but one thing for sure is that their Global Spin is DEFINITELY rigged for more action. If you play few times you will know this for sure. Anyways horrible experience.

WPT not paying up bonuses/bonus cash.

I've deleted the app long time ago btw.

I had a pleasant experience compared to the other big 2 sites. Played for a few days then withdrew at a profit and got paid out within 24 hours. Not many poker sites you can say about that who make it very troublesome for you.

Only confusing thing for me is when they have a different currency cash table which you need to try adjust to and figure out the native currency amount. Other than that, will play again

I watch WPT all the time and figured I would try their site as it seemed legit... but... I deposited 300USD and was charged 313.53 USD.... contacted their support, was told that it's my bank... it wasn't..... my bank confirmed it.... I sent them proof and they say they wil look into it. then they close my support case.... I reopen it, they close it again.... 3 weeks now and my support case keeps getting closed and I do not have a refund for the overcharge and no appology from WPT and no compensation for my time, effort, frustration and their screwup, which now looks more like a SCAM!!!!!

I been learning playing poker and want it to improve my self so i register wptglobal and been practice learning poker in WPTGLOBAL and been playing for 1years... But starting this week i deposited few times in my WPT global account this week , and then suddenly my last deposit did not show on my wpt account. I email them multiple times but keep email me back wait 24-48hurs. and then after that they ask me to provided the proof of payment. so i email them 3time.... still doing nothing ... can't believe i'm wasting my time with this.
feel like some one is trying to steal my deposit..
i'm getting really tire chasing this... having bad time in WPTGLOBAL ...probably lost 100X more then that deposit i just did ..by now playing here .. and now they are trying to steal my deposite... is this why many of poker player don't recommand to play in online~when i start playing WPTGLOBAL also casino game in there ...when i press wrong button and poker casino pop up press wrong button few time lost big of my money... JUST watch out.. and take your time what you are clicking.

Will lock your account as soon as you win and try to withdraw.

SCAM ALERT!
I successfuly deposited few times in my WPT global account, and then suddenly my last deposit did not show on my wpt account. I contacted them multiple times without any success. I provided the proof of payment. I also started receiving scam texts. After few hours they closed my account unilaterally and seized my money. They do not have any number, you can't chat, and their email replies do not have any signature.
STAY AWAY people!

Worse ever.

Three days to know where to send papers to verify my info. Two days later they verify my document, and than 5 minutes later they lock my account freeze my money and tell me that I live another address and ask me to explain my self. SCAM , stay away.

I lost so far 300 on the tables and now $900 I mostly likely won't see. I have documents to prove my claim as this is outrageous.
