W R Davies Motors Reviews

David in Prestatyn was very helpful, and provided a wonderful service. We are very happy with our new car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent, stress free car purchase!

From start to finish, the whole experience at W R Davies (Rhyl) was fantastic. I never felt pressured or rushed — Shout out to Elliot who was patient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout.
Credit also to the whole team, who were brilliant and made the entire process so easy.
I’m really pleased with my purchase and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I recently bought a used car (not a Toyota) from W R Davies in Shrewsbury. As I was travelling a distance and effectively buying "sight unseen", the first thing to say is that the car was just as described. My dealings were principally with Jack, and he and all other staff whom I met, could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The preparation of the car was excellent, with fresh service, MOT and valet; the MOT required two new tyres to be fitted, and kudos to the garage for fitting a premium brand to match the existing tyres. All in all, a great buying experience. Thank you all at W R Davies.

Peter was brilliant he made the whole process so easy we were made to feel comfortable peter talked us through everything thoroughly. We didnt haft to do anything other than sign the paperwork once we made the decision to get the car peter done everything for us and put our minds at ease and within a couple of weeks we had the new car so thank you for everything you done for us.
Anyone thinking about getting a mobilty car that is worried about anything just pop in to W R Davies nissan garage in rhyl and ask for peter do not listen to other people just ask peter he will put you straight. thanks once again regards mark.

Thanks to W R Davies for another super car my third from them always quality cars and great customer service and communication. Thanks to Ryan Chambers who goes out of his way.

Joe was very helpful when we were deciding on a new car after we looked at 3 we finally ordered one and it was so quick and easy with the help of Joe we would definitely go back when needing another one.. especially patient with 2 old ladies. Can’t thank him enough

Helpful and knowledgeable staff and pleasant showroom with good selection of available models. Have dealt with this company for a number of years and have always been more than happy with their service, in particular their Sales Executive (Paul).

After trying to phone the service department several times with no awnser and no help from the other departments that did eventually awnser the phone. Even my partner had no luck getting through and no response to the voicemail he left. Eventually when someone did awnser the phone, I was surprised to find out that my Dacia that's less than 3 years old and done less than 36000 miles and that was originally sold by W. R. Davies and serviced by them twice in the last 2 years was no longer under warranty with no explanation as to why and not interested in helping me at all despite me saying my car has broken down and told me there was no point me booking in with them because they have no availability for a few weeks.

I recently bought a car from W R Davies, the customer service was great, very friendly and I’m really pleased with my car.

Can't thank you enough Jakub for your help and excellent service will definitely recommend buying from WR Davies .

We were helping my 92 year old father buy another car. Jeffrey Lea could not have been more patient and helpful. It was important to my father and his 91 year old partner to have a local dealer he could trust and a car they felt confident driving. W R Davies, Prestatyn were extremely accommodating and we would definitely recommend them. Thank you!!

We popped into W R Davies following an incident driving on the Eastern primary. We were concerned we may have damaged the front steering after running over a large plastic wheel arch trim thrown off into our path, by a pick that was travelling at over 60mph. The team at Davies took control, and handed over the keys to Nigel to have a look. Shortly after Nigel reported back he could see no damage. The W R Davies team were wonderful. My wife was driving and 60mph she could do nothing to avoid it. After we spoke to Mark, Service Manager to express our thanks. We'd purchased our Toyota Yaris, second hand from W R Davies and on the day we picked up the car, Andy the sales man told us "W R Davies will look after you as customers " We have nothing but the highest praise for the Telford W R Davies team. Thank very much.

GARY the sales Rep was fantastic always there to help you can't fault him car is great definitely deal with Gary again Thank you

Outstanding care and brilliant service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I recently took my car to W R Davies Citroën Prestatyn for a service and some repairs, and as usual, the entire experience was absolutely brilliant. They consistently deliver top-tier service, but this recent visit was particularly fantastic thanks to the wonderful team.A special mention must go to Tori in customer service, who was outstanding from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly and made sure I was kept completely up to date with regular progress reports on my car. She truly went above and beyond by helping me sort out a warranty claim with a third-party provider that wasn't even associated with W R Davies. Sorting those kinds of claims can usually be a bit tedious, but Tori took care of it seamlessly.Tori is an absolute credit to the team and a perfect ambassador for the company. Thank you so much to Tori and the service department for looking after me so well. I highly recommend them!

Wr davis in telford are an exceptionally professional company all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the nissan product. I'm now on my 3rd nissan from them and wouldn't go anywhere else . To wr davis you're not a customer your part of the family always made to feel welcome with a smile and a coffee, Mary Heston is a remarkable woman and deserves recognition on how well she does her job ,nothing is too much trouble and always goes the extra mile to make buying a car an enjoyable experience. I cant praise them enough if your in the market for a new or used car and your in shropshire give them a look believe me you won't be disappointed

everyone who works at W.R.DAVIES are so informative and great to chat to and helpful i have had 2 cars from them and never had any problems whatever GREAT SERVICE

A very smooth transaction from start to finish. Joe our sale rep was such a lovely individual, no pressure to buy and very informative. A pleasure to deal with. We have shopped at this garage for nearly 20 years and the service remains the same. Would highly recommend.

Having used W R Davis, Stafford, for many years I have always had exelent service. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and do everything to make servicing easy. They listen to my needs and concerns and deal with the issues. To date I have been 99% happy with all other the dealings. The 1% not quite happy was due to the transition to Spotify warranty which caused a hold up in a repair. That said it seems all good now.

Quite disappointed to say the least. Last week myself and my wife visited the Rhyl branch as it was time to upgrade the car. I’ve used WR Davies in the past as it’s a local business I try to support locally where possible.

The moment I walked through the door there was no friendly greeting from staff. Infact they seemed to be rather uninterested or ignorant to the fact their job is to sell cars.
I spoke to Amelia who seemed more interested in whatever she was doing on her mobile than actually pointing me to somebody to help. I’ve never felt more of an inconvenience in my life. After waiting for 20 minutes I took my business elsewhere and I’m now the proud owner of a brand new car.
