Above and beyond customer service
We started working with WTA around a year ago when we were looking for guidance around the complicated customs regulations for our exports into the USA.
What sets WTA apart from other freight forwarders we have dealt with is the service their people provide and the drive they have to go above and beyond to find solutions to complex logistical problems.

WTA - Great Company
WTA are a very professional company to work with their team go above and beyond to find solutions.
They are well connected worldwide and are very competitive in terms of pricing and service level is second to none.
They give concise and accurate updates on all of our shipments and can react to last minute arrivals without any issues at all.
Have used quite a few forwarding agents in the past and can safely say that WTA is up there with the best of them - would highly recommend!

Extremely impressed with their exceptional service.
We had previously partnered with WTA for several years, but decided to discontinue the collaboration due to pricing concerns. However, after a few years, we recently resumed our working relationship, and we are extremely impressed with their exceptional service. They are highly responsive to emails and demonstrate great efficiency. Working with Justin and Ben has been an absolute pleasure.
