Unreliable website, clueless customer service and still owe me £150!
Unreliable website and clueless customer service make for a bad first impression. Tried ordering via Wurth's app only to be told 'payment unsuccessful'. Tried ordering again and got same message. Checked my business acct the following Monday to see both payments had been sent successfully. Wurth customer service assured me tech problems to blame and that both transactions would be refunded with 24 hours. 48 hours later I get refunded for just one of the orders. Called Wurth again to be told that was the only order they have on record and they can't see any record of outstanding amount they owe me. Took a threat of small claims action for them to agree to look into the outstanding £150 they owe me.
