Spoke to Nichôle Wynsdale who was very professional and understanding with what was needing doing to my mums flat. They gave us a quote very quickly and was able to do the woke soon after. They sent over pictures and kept me informed for the duration of the job. I highly recommend them.

We needed some heavy/ bulky things cleared from our garden. Wynsdale were great. I took photos to show the items in order for them to give me a quote. The staff member on the phone was polite, friendly, professional and helpful. After agreeing a price and a collection date, the items were collected within the time set. Thank you. Would use again.

100% satisfaction . Company and service is great ! I called Monday to get a ton of stuff cleared from my 3rd floor flat , it got booked in for Wednesday and it’s done . No bother , no fuss , swift , efficient, friendly and very competitively priced . I will certainly call on these guys again should I ever need a house clearance .

This is the second time that I’ve used Wynsdale Waste to help me clear out some rubbish that has collected over the years in my garage. Once again, they were amazing. They sorted out the rubbish, recycled the fridge and freezer, and even donated my old dog beds and blankets to a charity called Happy Pants, which is such a nice touch.

We recently moved into a new property to find the old tenants had left a large amount of bulky waste. We contacted Peter who arrange collection and to dispose of these unwanted items. With short notice they arrived and managed to clear all the waste for us. Very polite, efficient and professional working. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Amazingly good service. Following a fire I needed a burnt out motor scooter and other damaged bits removed. Wynsdale were really helpful and sorted it out quickly. Both cheaper and much simpler than a skip! Thanks guys

Prompt collection, clear pricing and paperwork

Absolutely Appalling – A Traumatic, Irreversible Experience

I wish I could give zero stars. What was supposed to be a supportive decluttering service turned into one of the most traumatic experiences of my life.

Wynsdale’s team showed up and proceeded to carelessly discard my personal and vital belongings — including my passport, birth certificates, medical documents, my son’s baby photo album, and even my emergency lifeline pendant. These weren’t “rubbish.” These were my life.

I have CCTV footage of their staff chucking boxes clearly containing wires and safety devices into the bin. They damaged my vacuum, shoved my belongings under appliances, and threw away items simply because they were dirty. No care. No respect. No decency.

After I raised this with them — and sent the footage as proof — I was completely ignored. No apology. No explanation. Nothing.

I am a disabled mother, already struggling. I trusted them to help me. Instead, I’m left devastated, overwhelmed, and violated.

To anyone considering this service: stay away. What they destroyed cannot be replaced — and the way they’ve ignored my pain has made it 100 times worse.

**Update:** After everything they destroyed, the only contact I’ve received from Wynsdale was an email from the manager — not to apologise, not to offer help, but to ask me to take this review down so they can “investigate.” No accountability. No compassion. Just a pathetic attempt to silence a disabled mother whose life they’ve turned upside down. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how vile and unethical this organisation truly is.
