Ordered the Ying Yang shoes, was gutted that I couldn't find the matching socks to purchase on the website, only to find that they were included with the shoes!! Best surprise! Arrived in a few days, love them! Have been wearing them non stop for 2 days! Comfortable, trendy and stylish.

Nachdem die Artikel leider viel zu klein waren habe ich die ganze Bestellung zurückgeschickt und warte jetzt vergeblich auf die Rückerstattung. 4 Wochen und mehrere e-Mail, immernoch keinerlei Reaktion.

Very nice trail running shirt

I bought the X-Bionic Apani Merino 4.0 T-shirt in 2021. I've had it for five years now. The material is very good. No unpleasant odors develop after prolonged use. It works great in the mountains, both on ascents and on skis. I highly recommend it.

Ho scritto al customercare di X-bionic per chiedere delle informazioni sulle taglie, la risposta è stata eccellente…sono stata seguita passo passo, nonostante le mie richieste mi rendevo conto, fossero fin troppo banali non hanno mai esitato a non rispondere, su ogni mia mail inviata.
Credo che è la prima volta che mi trovo così bene nel chiedere informazioni….e in più alla fine di tutto ciò sono stata inaspettatamente ringraziata/premiata con un extra sconto sul totale del mio ordine.

Habe mehrere Produkte gekauft.
Unter anderem zwei weiße Artikel und sandfarbene Artikel sowie eine Sturmhaube (oliv)
Habe alle Artikel zusammen gewaschen - bei 30 Grad.
Danach waren die weißen Artikel "cremefarben".

Farbechtheit nicht gegeben. Ein Hinweis auf separates erstes Waschen gibt es nicht.
Das hätte ich bei einem - nicht gerade kostengünstigen - Produkt nicht erwartet.

Kundenservice nur schwer erreichbar und als Kompensation wurde für einen Artikel (den billigsten!) eine Erstattung "aus Kulanz" gegeben.
Im Urlaub hatte ich davon nichts.
X-Bionic hat sich für mich erledigt.

ordered more online-tried them on- they appeared and felt like shine or something bought on Temu.

returned and finally, after a month, received a partial refund. now I have to dispute with credit card company. be aware.

Ho trovato questo brand casualmente diversi anni fa tramite Amazon, i prodotti sono ottimi e adoro il loro approccio all'innovazione, sostenibilità e cura che si vede in ogni aspetto dei prodotti.

Ho acquistato diverse paia di calze e accessori per lo sci. I filati sono tecnica allo stato puro. Le calze sono comode e molto resistenti. Ottimo che siano realizzate interamente in Europa.

La spedizione è super rapida. Consegnano con DHL in tempi brevissimi. Molto consigliato.

I ordered the wrong size shirt for my son, so I had to return it. Within days, I received a return envelope with full instructions for returning it. I sent it off, my money was immediately returned, and I was able within days to re-order the correct size! And, the new order arrived three days later from Europe!!! I live in the western US! Such a good experience, and, if course, excellent products, always!

X-bionic.com ne sera jamais une grande marque de sport. Les produits ne sont pas assez aboutis, sortent trop à la hâte des bureaux R&D mais déçoivent sur le terrain. Par ailleurs les tarifs prohibitifs servent surtout à payer le marketing beaucoup trop flatteur comparativement aux résultats qu’ils obtiennent vraiment.

Great products and fast delivery. I ordered from the website multiple times and never had any issues. The products are great and of very high quality and the new shoes are sick!!
