scammers!!! no contact with the company. my order did not arrive, no way to track the shipment.

J'ai commandé un colis le 22 novembre 2024 à ce jour toujours rien reçu colis introuvable clairement une belle arnaque.

SON UNOS ESTAFADORES. APARECE COMO ENTREGADO Y NO ES CIERTO Y NO HAY FORMA DE CONTACTARLOS. QUE BURLA! PERDÍ MUCHO DINERO. CUIDADO!

This company is a lot of thiefs. They are working with this people that scam you to buy stuff online then they send it to you but it never arrives at your adress. I bought sum stuff from a company called Sportsmans Warehousecosa.com on line olso a scam. Then this xinran courier sends you a tracking number trough this 17track company that stand as a third-party and has got nothing to do with the transaction then why are they sending you the tracking number and the tracking off your package . Then they send your the package updates aswell. Then you get a message on the 1st December 2024 to say your package is in your area and awaiting delivery. But then it's over. There is no email for them to get hold of and the company that i bought the stuff from doesn't exist. So please people don't trust this company called Sportsmans Warehousalesa.com in the USA or Hong Kong and please be careful off this xinran courier company. You simply don't get hold off them you can email them try to phone then or go on there website but with no luck. I was scammed.

J'ai commandé une pièce spécifique pour VTT aux Etats Unis et la transaction c'est passée normalement. Ma seule interrogation toutefois lorsque je me suis aperçu que le site marchand proposait toute sorte d'articles qui n'avaient rien a voir avec le domaine du vélo. J'ai été plus surpris encore de constater que ma pièce était expédiée depuis Hongkong. Celà fait des jours que je réclame auprès de : systematicservice.com@..... ou d'autres adresses mentionnant toujours en debut d'adresse "systematicservice.com@......" Comme de nombreux autres clients je me rend compte que ma commande n'arrivera jamais et que l'arnaque était bien préparée. Si vous croisez ce ou ces sites FUYEZ !!!

I recently fell victim to a scam where a website posing as a legitimate retailer (Dunnes Stores) used XinRan as its supposed courier service. The entire operation was fraudulent. Here’s what happened:

The website appeared at the top of my Google search results and mimicked the branding of a trusted store.
After placing an order, I was charged an incorrect amount in a different currency by a suspicious entity (ACQRA).
The tracking updates provided by XinRan were vague and unprofessional, with messages like "Package in transit" or "Sorted at operations center." No real details or locations were given.
Despite claims that my package was delivered, I never received it. Attempts to contact the seller led to auto-generated, nonsensical emails.
It’s clear from my experience—and from many other reviews—that XinRan is being used by scammers to create fake tracking updates and deceive buyers.

Warning: If you see XinRan listed as the courier for an online order, be very cautious. It is highly likely the website you’re dealing with is fraudulent. I’ve reported this to my bank and consumer protection authorities and am disputing the charge.

Empresa q hace estafas , tiene vinculación con las tiendas q ofrecen ofertas, pero son estafas con esta empresa de envíos. XRS08800853010490 , paquete q ya 38 días y no llega.

Ordinato un cappotto su kaos .jeans ,hanno fornito subito trak e tutto nella norma ,il pacco arrivava da Mumbai (India) risulta consegnato ma mai arrivato ,con xinran corrieri inaffidabili e truffatori ,ho provato a contattarli per 2 settimane di seguito mai avuto risposta

Llevo desde el 4 de noviembre esperando a que me solucionen un paquete que figura entregado y es mentira, jamás he recibido nada, no hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos, ya que el correo es inexistente. La página donde realicé la compra es spingmodaonline!! Son unos sin vergüenzas estafadores.

I strongly advise against ordering from any shop that uses XinRan as a delivery service. I’ve had a frustrating experience where, after waiting 27 days, the tracking information showed my parcels as ‘delivered,’ but I haven’t received anything. I attempted to contact XinRan for support, only to discover that all of their email addresses appear to be fake. This has left me with no way to follow up or resolve the issue.

El paquete nunca llega es una estafa total ,disfruten del dinero y de la maldad . Pero pronto les caerá juicio.

Son unos ladrones,no existe,llevo más de 48 días y me pone que un domingo a las 5 de la mañana me lo han intentado entregar y que va a ser devuelto,una estafa y me pongo en contacto con ellos y te devuelven el sms

I bought shoes from a scammer site, and Xinran says the package is in transit. This service provider is not reliable and is complicit in scams.

Fake fake fake, tracking says delivered but there is absolutely no movement on any of my 4 cameras of a delivery! Also, who delivers at 9pm @ night on the weekend??? I want my money back!!! Way to ruin an anniversary.

Faites très attention si vous voyez le nom de la société de transport XinRan apparaître. Elle n existe pas mais c est très bien fait. Ils parviennent à vous faire croire que les produits commandés sont bien partis de Honk Hong où ils sont basés mais c est totalement faux. Je me suis acheté un sac de la marque Coccinelle en août jamais reçu. Impossible de les joindre, leurs coordonnées sont fausses. Le site sur lesquel j ai acheté le sac, se présente comme le site officiel de Coccinelle et est lui aussi une arnaque totale. Est ce XinRan qui a créé ce faux site ? Peut-être. J ai trouvé de nombreux témoignages disant la même chose sur Internet, de personnes qui ont payé pour des chaussures ou des vêtements et que XinRan devait livrées… elles n ont jamais reçu leur colis.
