We truly believe that reviews are a platform for everybody to help each other. You can share your experiences to help other customers; and we can see where we can make improvements, so that we can continue to provide you with the best possible door solutions and services.
Where To Buy?
Our stunning collection can be found in a number of leading timber merchants, builders merchants, door retailers and online stores. If you need help finding your nearest one, head to our website for more information.
Availability
You want it? We’ve got it. We have a huge warehouse that is 140,000sq/ft in size. That’s almost 2 and a half football pitches, stacked high, full of doors!
Delivery
Our delivery is as flexible as you need it to be. You can pick up your doors from your local builders merchant or you can have them delivered direct to your home or site. All you need to do is let your retailer know when you order your doors and they will pass the message on to us. Doors are generally delivered on a 3 day service but we can also deliver to you next day should you require. We will keep you loop of the delivery of your doors via our text messaging service.

Hi Tony,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and thank you for your feedback.
We apologise about the damaged door on delivery. Like all products, on rare occasions, they can be damaged in transit.
We apologise that this impacted your project timescales but we are pleased that we arranged a replacement for you in a timely manner.
If you need anything else, please let us know.
Thanks.

Slow to refund
The doors were good quality but not suitable so I arranged a return. After 10 days and numerous attempts to chase, I have received no confirmation that my refund is being processed. In fact there was very little communication throughout the process. I remain £400 out of pocket!

First door arrived with edge damage and the cardboard packaging was useless. No protection to the edges of the frame and it looked like a fork lift had scrapped the cardboard. Second door arrived and I was asked to remove packaging to check it and this one was damaged where there was a puncture hole in the cardboard. Considering these are not lightweight doors, you'd think better packaging would be used. Now waiting for the third door to arrive, Don

Hi Don,
First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We are sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your delivery. We can confirm that isn't usually our standard of practice but will feedback to the team your experience so we can take measures to minimise this happening again.
From a packaging perspective however, we are very careful about what we choose to package the doors in and how much packaging we use, as we have green credentials to meet.
Any further issues, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks.

The doors were handled with great care during delivery, I recently had flooring delivered by another company and half of the order was ruined by a driver that couldn’t care less this experience was the exact opposite. Well done!

Great communication prior to the delivery date. Your advice was to ring on the delivery date after 7am and you could give me a time slot eta which was accurate because by
7-45 am your driver had delivered and was winding his way off to his next delivery.
All Happy Thank You.

Dissapointed
Ordered 2 Suffolk original doors, 1 40mm fire door and 1 35mm. Upon deliver 40mm door had to be returned due to damage. Upon receipt of replacement both doors fitted. However, there is an obvious difference in appearance between the two doors. The rebates (grooves between the 6 vertical panels) and the bottom panel on the 35mm door appear to be a different colour (almost white) to the rest of the door and certainly stand out more than the 40mm door. Having previously bought 4 doors in this range (3 x35mm & 1 40mm) none of which had this obvious colour difference I am disappointed with my purchase.
