Wrong prescription delivered and verified by my eye doctor
The glasses look great, but unfortunately, the lenses are incorrect. My optometrist tested them during my annual exam today and confirmed the prescription doesn't match what I ordered. I've contacted support to get this fixed. The order is outside of their 30 day return/exchange window. I am still waiting for their response.

Huge selection, tons of free options, easy try-on — loved it
XP Health has an enormous frame collection and so many of them were fully covered under my plan. I didn't have to pay out of pocket at all for a pair I actually liked. The at-home try-on was intuitive and made the whole decision way easier. Would recommend to anyone who has access to this through their benefits.

Very fast delivery and I paid $0 for them. My wife also got a pair of sunglasses, which were discounted by 90% or so. Will love to have more styles of clip-ons that I can use with the current pairs that I love. Very awesome benefit overall.
