Although the phone was classed as refurbished. It was as new. No marks or blemishes. From placing my order, the phone was delivered in less than 24hrs. Good experience!

I ordered a phone but it didn't clarify if it came with the charger. When the 120w charger came with it I was overjoyed. Everything was good with my device and quick delivery.

Item was essentially brand new despite being advertised as refurbished, delivery was very quick.

To start with, the price was competitive. The delivery was speedy and the condition of the Samsung Galaxy A8 tablet was pristine. Not sure whether it was actually new or just very little or hardly used. Works well and am very happy with it so well done XSonly !

I ordered on a Friday and the phone was delivered as promised on Saturday, I could not see a mark on the phone it was like new and came with a screen protector and case.

Website is an honest reflection of the product. Purchase process is easy. Delivery was very fast. Original packaging undamaged. Very good. The product is good too. Satellite speakers wireless, connect effortlessly and lasted longer than specs. Had to turn woofer down. For a smaller size it proper thumps

I've ordered a few times, and the quality of the products have been fantastic. The delivery has been swift and without fuss. Bought a refurbished pair of Skullcandy earbuds from this company via eBay that came with a 1 year guarantee. A few months later and both earbuds have stopped working but despite multiple attempts to contact Xsonly they have been ignoring me, via eBay messages and emails.

Avoid this shoddy company like the plague because if your item fails within the guarantee period they’ll ignore you like they have with me.

Edit: Xsonly have tried repeatedly to get this review deleted despite knowing that I’ve messaged and emailed them several times and they’ve not bothered to respond at all. Thankfully even eBay were disgusted at their behaviour and issued me a refund despite the purchase being last June because you’ve failed to honour the warranty. Maybe if you spent more effort on your customer service and less on trying to have honest reviews deleted you’d have repeat customers.
