I'm happy with the small ampoule boxes we ordered, as well as the turnaround time and the support in ensuring what was made was what we needed. The only minor criticism I have is that the plastic bags that the boxes are packaged in tear relatively easily when we are trying to retrieve some boxes for use from the shipping box.

False time lines and pricing
I am a client of a company that recently used YBY Boxes for an important project, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The order arrived months late, communication was slow and evasive, and we were hit with unexpected “rush” and shipping fees that were not made clear up front. For a business that depends on reliable timelines and accurate quotes, this level of service and billing is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them.

Deceitful and Unprofessional
I am Robbie Jester, co-owner and Production Director at JWL Supply LLC (Dubai Bar USA’s manufacturing partner). I handle production timelines, logistics, and coordination with our downstream clients. My experience with this packaging supplier raised multiple red flags that other manufacturers should know about.
1. Rush job that was slower than standard lead time
We paid roughly an extra $1,700 for a 2-week “rush” production and delivery schedule so we could hit a hard launch deadline. From a production standpoint, everything on our end was built around that date.
The reality:
The boxes did not ship until November 19, more than six weeks after payment.
That is slower than their own cheaper 4–6 week non-rush quote, which did not include the extra fee.
So, from the production side, we paid a rush premium and got slower than standard service. In my opinion, that is a bait-and-switch on the rush upgrade.
2. “Free shipping” that turned into a $1,515 bill
Every quote I saw referenced free shipping, which is an important cost input when I am building a production and margin model.
After production was paid, we were told we had to send another $1,515 for shipping or the order would not move. That additional cost hit after the fact and made planning extremely difficult.
3. Confusing and contradictory shipping communication
We were told in writing that the boxes “have already been shipped.” That statement was used to justify taking the extra $1,515 shipping payment.
Later emails said they were still “waiting for flight space,” which clearly implies the boxes were not actually in transit when they collected that additional money. For a production team trying to coordinate ingredients, labor, and downstream customer commitments, that level of inconsistency is a serious problem.
4. U.S. address, overseas operation
The company lists a Wilmington, Delaware address, which initially suggested a U.S. presence and U.S.-level transit and communication expectations.
Only after the delays and “flight space” explanations did it become obvious that we were dealing with an overseas operation. That is something I would have wanted clearly disclosed at the start, because it affects risk, lead times, and contingency planning.
5. Real operational and financial impact
Because the paid rush timeline was badly missed, our finished product could not be packed and shipped as planned. That directly contributed to a lost contract worth $22,000 on our side. As the person responsible for production, I can say that this was not a minor inconvenience. It disrupted our entire schedule and cost us real money.
6. Refund tied to review removal
After all of this, they agreed to refund a portion of what is owed (around $1,500). Their follow-up emails then asked when the negative review would be removed and indicated that the refund would be processed after the review was taken down.
From where I sit, conditioning a refund that stems from missed service on changing or deleting a negative, accurate review is not how a reliable vendor behaves.
Conclusion from a production director’s perspective
From my experience as co-owner and Production Director at JWL Supply:
We paid a rush fee and received slower than standard service.
“Free shipping” turned into a surprise $1,515 charge after production was paid.
We received conflicting information about whether the goods had shipped.
The operation functioned as an overseas supplier while presenting a U.S. address.
A promised refund was discussed in connection with removing a negative review.
This is my honest account and opinion based on our documentation and timelines. As a production professional, I would not use this supplier again and would advise other manufacturers and brand owners to be extremely cautious about lead times, shipping costs, and refund practices if they choose to work with them.

Predatory Bait-and-Switch Tactics
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH YBY BOXES. This company appears to be an overseas operating under a virtual Delaware address to look US based. Their business model relies on trapping you with a deadline and then extorting you for more money.
My Experience: Update: Since posting this review, the packaging did eventually arrive, roughly 7 weeks after payment, which is well past the 2-week “rush” timeline I paid extra for. The company is now offering only a small partial refund and has repeatedly linked even that reduced amount to me removing or changing this review, instead of addressing the roughly $3,200 in extra rush and “free shipping” charges that I dispute. In my opinion, this only reinforces my concerns about how they do business.
The Bait: They quoted me a low rate for a 2-week rush order.
The Switch: When I went to pay, they suddenly demanded a 50% price increase to keep that deadline. Because I was close to my deadline, I was forced to pay.
The Extortion: After taking my money, they contacted me claiming the "free shipping" was a mistake and held my order hostage for an extra $$1515.
The Lie: Despite paying thousands extra for a rush order, they are now 3 weeks past the deadline. I lost a massive contract because of them.
They after weeks of reaching out and being promised my order will ship that week finally after a month i have a tracking number but have not recieved the package yet. Update: I recieved

Sam was incredibly responsive, and he assisted me with multiple estimate revisions on a time-sensitive project. He checked in unprompted multiple times when I did not respond for an extended period, which was helpful as someone with a lot of irons in the fire. When our order was printed, he sent photos and followed up with delivery information. The finished product was better than expected, and the client could not be happier.
