Really helpful, explained the process well. Got the monthly amount being billed quoted £298.80 billed for £310.80 not very clear as agent said £298.80 but all being said and done I'm very satisfied with what has been done for me. Worth the monthly extra.

Signed up for a £160 per month package…
Signed up for a £160 per month package to improve visibility of my website, and promote my business locally. Supposed to have regular calls to discuss progress, but haven’t had a single call. My business has been registered on a few directories, and I appear in Yell searches, but I don’t believe there’s much value in either. One thing I did notice was I was getting calls which started with a message “This call is bought to you by Yell”. At first I thought this was great, until I realised that they had just changed my phone number on Google searches, so I would have got those calls anyway. I can’t say that Yell has bought anything to the business, apart from a 12 month commitment to pay Yell, which seems to be backed by a hostile legal team. The sales pitch is based on unrealistic suppositions, the promises made aren’t kept, and they’re attempting to take credit for marketing work I had already paid somebody else for. Think long and hard before you give this company anything.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT
Please do not sign a contract that’s all I can say, if they can do what they say they can do why do they need to tie you in to a contract. These can’t deliver trust I am one of many. I got 3 calls in 2 month out of my region, they got my Google account suspended, no after care, lie after lie and apology after apology, really effected my business that much I had to close after 3 month as I invest my last in to there lead generation,
Not once did they say it would take 6 month to start or I wouldn’t have done, the refund of they don’t deliver doesn’t come in to effect until then. READ THERE TERMS 22.2 & 22.3 they state and cover themselves bigger the fool me for trusting the lovely programmed sales lady. Thanks for the worst service I have ever received and the the solictors letter chasing me for payment for the 3 calls TRUST ME STAY CLEAR
