Yiotas XStitch Reviews

Great service. Lovely designs.

You have the most amazing products!! They are a pleasure to order because of the great quality and customer service

The image of the pattern is just like my own blue Roan cockerspaniël Daisy. She is looking forward to see her picture on the wall

Another fabulous cross stitch kit. The quality of thread superb as always and plenty of Aida no scrimping or saving on the size and the instructions as clear as aways (the older i get the more often i need to refer to them to make sure i am doing it right even though i have been stitching for 50+ yrs)
The joy of the wonderful colours, i cannot wait to get stitching - thank you for everything you do to make the whole affair from ordering to stitching a joyful affair.

Superb designs, great quality materials, first rate service. Highly recommend this small business.

Yiota has a friendly hands on approach to her business and always deals promptly with any purchase requests. The support she gives to queries is always appreciated. Follow her FaceBook group to see all the great kits people are stitching...get enthused...then buy yourself a little one. Or maybe buy a bigger kit!

Im currently cross stitching a life size poryrait of elizabath the 1st. So far its taken me 3 years to complete it. In that time if ive ever needed any extra threads or advice, Yiota has always been there. She gets back to me quickly and makes sure i have everything i need to continue the project.

Fast delivery 6 days from ordering,
This is the third cross stitch I've had from them, still excellent service

Helpful advice, informative information when needed.
Quick service and a lovely company

I ordered the Floral Unicorn kit, having stitched a few Yiota kits previously I knew the quality would be excellent and I was correct. Fabulous colours and everything I needed, there was a very slight issue with the size of the fabric initially supplied however this was very quickly resolved, so I can add excellent customer support to my glowing review. I would definitely order from Yiotas again and would highly recommend them.

I love Yiotas cross stitch kits! Not only are they beautiful, but they are top quality. The Aida cloth, the floss (which is pre-wound and labeled!!), all of it is top quality!! And the customer service is outstanding! Being from the USA, I pay more for shipping, but let me tell you, it’s worth every penny!

I like your patterns, they are enjoyable. Your communication is easy.

I have been buying cross stitch kits from Yiotas for many years; they are always very high quality with everything I could possibly need. Yiota is great and has sorted me out with buying extra thread when I lost a reel and even exchanging fabric when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Highly recommended

Love your patterns

Always really helpful and friendly. Kits are beautiful and are always provided with more than enough thread. I really can't fault this company. Yiotas XStitch are like an extended family. Thank you.

I purchased the Rainbow Storage Bag for my well-travelled and 60 year-old Bernina Record as its old case finally disintegrated and was irreparable. This bag is most attractive, the machine sits comfortably inside it, together with the electric foot, manuals and a few other necessary bits and bobs. The handles make for easy transport and it looks good sitting on my work table. I am most pleased with this purchase which arrived in good time and beautifully packaged. Thank you all at Yiotas.

I purchased a cross stitch kit for an Italian Spinone Dog & then lost the bottom of the pattern. Yoita replaced it with a small fee. Now I can finish this beautiful tapestry.

I love their high quality kits and they have a very wide selection. The advent boxes are also so much fun! The customer service is also prompt and helpful. So glad I found this business!

Just received my first order. Everything was good quality and very well packaged. I am looking forward to doing this project. Thank you!

I received my order quickly, despite this being an international shipment. When I opened the package, I was astonished to find that all my purchases were very carefully packaged in a reusable plastic case to make sure everything remained safe. The kits themselves are beautify and high quality. Recommended!
