Fantastic service!
I order several items for my drone build, then after they were delivered I realised some of them weren't compatible for what I wanted. Completely my fault, I should have done more research, but the team at YourFPV were more than happy to take back my unopened items and very promptly processed a full refund.
Awesome communication throughout and very fast service shipping the parts I needed.
If you're in the UK and need drones or parts, I'd highly recommend you check them out.

Excellent service, responsiveness, and product quality
There was an issue with delivery on the DPD side, but YourFPV did everything possible to deliver our order on time: they understood our situation and essentially sent another identical parcel to make sure that it arrived when we needed it. I'm especially grateful to Ghafoor Hussain, who was handling this case.
Also, the quality of their products is very good; we first bought one Li-Ion battery, tested it, and then bought five more.

Reliable and Trustworthy
I have ordered from this business multiple times and I am very happy with their customer service; the staff is friendly and helpful when answering emails, always repsonding within a few hours or less.
I only have good things to say- dispatch is quick and the products are genuine. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking for FPV equipment, especially since they seem to stock certain items that I cannot find anywhere else.

I ordered i 65mm whoop and payed for next day delivery, I received 2 invoices off yourfpv with a tracking number for dpd that didn't work so I was unable to track my package i had to call dpd and they explained that your fpv had give me the wrong tracking numbers, it dont take much to give a customer there tracking number, i thought not the best customer service tbh again it dont take much to give me my tracking details and this isn't the fist time tbh and I didn't want to buy the whoop off your fpv because of these things but hobby rc didn't have them in stock so I had to use your fpv hopefully you can give the customer all the information future plus contact number for your fpv is no good??

I’m sorry to hear you had difficulty with the tracking information. We’ve checked the order and can see it was placed on the 6th and delivered the next day on the 7th via DPD.
The tracking number was added to the order immediately once it became available, and our system shows the tracking details were sent automatically by email. DPD also sends tracking updates directly by SMS when a mobile number is provided.
We’re sorry this was not clear on your side, but from what we can see, the order, dispatch and delivery all worked as expected.
HobbyRC are also a great FPV supplier, and we’re glad we were able to help when the item was out of stock elsewhere.

Good experience overall
Easy to order of the website. Good prices, and no problem with the items I ordered being in stock. They dispatched the items on a bank holiday. Even being in the north of Scotland the items where with me with a couple of days.

Top class personal service
Ordered a couple of times from yourfpv.co.uk, Seeker3 frame, AIO FC, Seeker 5, props and some lipos. top class service! had an issue with the seeker 5 RX and got in touch with them with some goggle footage and boom new radiomaster RX sent out straight away on next day to replace the faulty one, no messing around. top class service and contact. everytime they have my products i require in stock, they will be my go to FPV/drone shop.

Fast service, reasonable prices with good customer service. I’ve used them multiple times. Only ever had one item sent incorrectly in which they fixed with a next day service with the correct item along with a pack of 1s LiPo’s.
