I take enough tablets each day, and wanted something that felt nicer than just... filling my body with more things that were good but not nice, so I opted to try Yumi gummies. I got the magnesium, which tastes lovely and has already started making a difference to my sleep each day. I also ended up on the phone with Benoit, the CEO as I had a query, so just thought I'd call. He was lovely and explained everything I asked in detail. I really appreciate the high level of customer service from these guys.

I've been using this company for years…
I've been using this company for years now for various vitamins and supplements and I did also experience the lack of communication that occurred last year, leaving me out an order of 2 gummies. I did email them a few times and got a bounce-back showing the company email wasn't active. However the last one went through and I got a response directly from the CEO, apologising profusely for everything and explaining the change in management and the fact my order had been marked previously as being sent when it fact had not been (he also added that all of the outstanding orders from before had been sent out, but mine had been missed). Very happy with the thorough communication and reassurance, and he was very pleasant and quick to respond, even on weekends/holidays, bless him! I did receive my old order and I also put in a new order for other gummies and received them 1 and 2 days after email/order which is amazing. The gummies are still great quality and as I'm disabled they really make a huge difference to my quality of life. The ashwagandha is still excellent. I must say, I'm not fond of the new taste of the bedtime HTP ones, but they're still very effective so I will simply suck it up! Very much pleased that Yumi has come back and made themselves indispensable again, and the CEO making himself available to explain and apologise for past issues has meant my trust has been restored. :)

Rising up again
Decided to give Yumi a try after the rebrand, purchased several items, I feel that not enough time has passed to give an honest review on all the products ordered however I've noticed such a positive difference whilst using the Gut Health Probiotics already. Suffering with constant bloating and this has reduced massively since using, and I’m finally feeling much more comfortable day to day. My actual gut health does feel like it has improved and my digestive system seems to be working on a more consistent process as well. Really happy with the results so far and would definitely recommend giving it a try, not to mention that the gummies actually have a lovely taste to them too.
From my observations from the comments Things definitely went wrong in the past and now Yumi have rebranded they are definitely trying to make it right again and I feel they are achieving this so I would recommend giving Yumi a go

I decided to try the Yumi Sleep Bundle after struggling to switch off at night and waking up feeling unrefreshed, and I’m really glad I did — after a few weeks of taking them consistently, I noticed a real difference in how quickly I was falling asleep and how much more rested I felt in the mornings. What surprised me most was the taste; I was expecting the usual chalky supplement flavour, but the gummies are genuinely delicious, making it easy to stick to the routine. No grogginess the next day either, which was a big concern of mine. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a natural way to improve their sleep!
