Bellissima gita in giornata tutto bene bravissimo l'autista e anche la guida complimenti da rifare altre gite

Buongiorno, sono stata domenica 17 aprile al tour dei sapori sul lago d' Iseo, è stato tutto molto bello, brava la guida, buono il pranzo, tutto piacevole e grazie a Stefania sempre brava

Abandoned in Bellagio: Appalling organization and abysmal communication
We had a very bad experience with this tour and the company, with the main issue being left behind at Bellagio! I want to warn others about this company, not only of the error made by the tour guide but also the abysmal correspondence and communication following this incident.
Firstly, the hotel pickup was 45 minutes later than planned. We ensured we were ready earlier than our 7:30 am pickup and had to seek two updates on the whereabouts of our driver.
Before leaving Bellagio we were at the meeting point early. The guide saw us and spoke to us there. He gave us the tickets for the next boat and asked us to remain where we were. Somehow the group left without us despite us being at the correct place ahead of time and the guide knowing we were not late.
The experience of being left behind was incredibly distressing and made worse by poor correspondence at the time and afterwards:
The company told us to “skip the line“ to get on the next boat, but this was not possible due to the huge queue and the invalidity of our tickets.
We needed to pay for new boat tickets, and wait in a line in the sun for over an hour to get a place on the later boat due to the crowds.
Then the boat was a slower service with inadequate seating so we had to stand for two hours.
We missed the time to explore Como.
The chaos caused by being abandoned in Bellagio on the day also greatly marred our experience of Lake Como, our time in Milan and the trip to Italy as a whole. We travelled from Australia and were looking forward to the experience promised by this tour. It is unlikely we will have another chance to see this part of the world. The failures on the part of your company on the day, as well as the continuing failure to adequately communicate and provide fair compensation is a huge disappointment. We tried multiple times to get a resolution and it's now more than ten days since the incident with no resolution.

è stata organizzata una gita scolastica ed è stato richiesto un pullman con pedana per un ragazzo in carrozzina è arrivato un pullman senza pedana e la gita è stata rimandata dopo una settimana e per la seconda volta è arrivato un pullman che non può partire nuovamente per problemi tecnici. sconsiglio questa compagnia zero serietà.

We visited Genoa-St Margarit-Portofino and Verona-
Simone (Lake Garda) with a wonderful guide, Monica. Very good communication skills blended with a wealth of information where we visited. The drivers Hammad and Davide were excellent. On the last day boat cruise on Lake Como- Bellagio- Como City guided by Alejandro, an equal informative and astute assistant. Amazing standards of day trips. We will not hesitate to recommend this coach touring service, Five Star in every department.

Ho usufruito delle vostre Gite fuori porta per vari anni.Mi sono sempre iscritta on line,leggendo la descrizione e scegliendo il punto di raccolta dei passeggeri a Milano:Largo Cairoli faceva per me.
Negli ultimi mesi assisto pero' a improvvisi cambi nella programmazione visibile on line:Cambio di orario di partenza da Milano, per Sanremo,cambio punto di raccolta passeggeri a Milano:da Cairoli a Rogoredo(luogo poco raccomandabile dopo una certa ora,se ti sposti da sola),Non giudico la motivazione del cambio:sta di fatto che a me crea problemi.Cosi' ho dovuto disdire.

escursione castel savoia prevista il 15 marzo. contatto l'agenzia il 14 marzo nel pomeriggio dal momento che le previsioni sono infauste. mi confermano che l'escursione si farà comunque. Appena arrivati in val d'aosta, ci viene comunicata l'impossibilità di poter procedere causa condizioni atmosferiche avverse. Poca serietà e scarsa attenzione verso il cliente. Giornata buttata e soldi per la dog sitter anche

This was our first time booking through Hellotickets, and it was a complete disaster. Their provider, Zani Viaggi, said one thing, Hellotickets said another total miscommunication, no accountability, and clearly an internal conflict. We ended up being the collateral damage.

Our family was left stranded in Venice, even though we arrived on time and called for help. We were dealing with a medical emergency, and they showed no sympathy, no assistance, and absolutely no human decency.

We’ve taken many tours in the past, but never experienced anything this poorly handled.
Never again with Hellotickets.

For future trips, we’ll continue booking with Civitatis and Europamundo they’ve always been professional, organized, and reliable.

Elegimos un tour por Milán con entradas a la catedral, la Scala y ver el cuadro de La última cena. La persona que escaneaba los pases (chica de rasgos asiáticos) muy desagradable y borde, nos atendió fatal. Nos metieron en un autobús que no se indicaba en la compra y nos dió una vuelta para no ver nada. Luego mis dicen que el cuadro no nos incluye y que la visita acaba donde el cuadro. La visita acabó en el museo de la Scala y encima ni vimos el interior ( escenario y demás) . Catastrófico todo. Jamás volveré a hacer nada con esta operadora.

Ritorno da Serravalle Outlet. Nel viaggio di ritorno del 02 u.s. (ritorno ore 16:15)l’autista un vero cafone maleducato. Frasi impronunciabili all’indirizzo dei passeggeri con bestemmie e brutte parole. Se questa è la faccia dell’azienda dubito fortemente che noleggeremo in futuro un altro autobus. X quanto detto valgono foto e video del comportamento dell’autista. Ad ogni buon fine si è in possesso di tutto il materiale. L’indomani si chiamava in azienda e l’operatrice mi riferiva in maniera alquanto spiccia di mandare mail, nulla di più. Parimenti il viaggio di andata ad opera di altro autista e’ stato tranquillo e piacevole. Villania a grande biasimo all’azienda per la mancata vicinanza dimostrata a noi clienti.

We purchased tickets outside Milano Centrale and was not informed that there was a set return time. After being trapped at this mall for 6 hours we wanted to return on the first bus. The bus was not even 1/4 full and we were told we needed to pay an additional $10 Euro ($20 AUD) to catch this bus 1 hour earlier. This was happening to others to and I realised they had tickets with return times later than ours. I think this is a scam to force you to pay $10 extra euro for the trip and this is only payable in cash - why cash? Go with a better more trustworthy provider.

Tur 5 Terre, bellissima esperienza, cose belle e nuove da scoprire. Un tur che merita veramente da fare.
Non esitare a fare tour con Zani Viaggi, essendo un'agenzia di viaggi che ha tanti altri bei tour. Autista di oggi 09/08/24 Sorin e molto gentile e professionale, anche Maurizio l'accompagnatore sa fare il suo lavoro bene.

I had a very bad experience with their guide on our bus tour to Lake Como.

Our guide was very disrespectful to us but jolly to other white people. Perhaps he didn’t liked how we looked.

In one incident, we were late by 2 minutes for boarding ferry and he was very rude to us. We had a 2 year old baby and it made us slow. In another part of the journey, two white girls were late and he joked with them that they have to pay for everyone’s dinner.

In another incident, we lost our way to board the coach after getting off the ferry. We went to another direction but found the coach in 2-3 minutes. This time he was super rude to us. He publicly shouted that you were not listening that is why you are late. He didn’t had a little bit empathy that we were travelling with a 2 year old baby. Again, two white people were also late and he didn’t say them anything. This made me wonder if he is racist to people of colour.

He didn’t stopped here and took the announcement system of the bus and made publicly humiliated us that unlike others those who are on time can applause themselves.

This ruined our entire travel experience.

I used their bus to go to Milan designer outlet mall and the workers were very rude. I do not recommend anyone to use them. The staff are very disrespectful specially the driver.

Booked lake Como tour. We were at meeting point 30 minutes prior to tour and driver didn’t show. We have evidence of being at meeting point on time. Careful when using this company. Poor communication. No contacts answering messages. No refund or reschedule offered. Arrogant and rude. Purchased tour through Viator

Imposible to cancel. My daughter Got sick the Day before in the evening. So i would like to cancel the expensive daytrip. I tried to send mail no answer. I tried to phone no answer. There was no Way to cancel. So i took the trip to the Office in the morning. I waited in line. Tried to cancel. Or move the Day. There was no help. No one wanted to talk to Me.
