3 minutes ads for every 5 minutes screaming even after subscription

They will not send you email for renewal not they will process your refund.

While watching movies on this platform with family, including children above 7 years, we often see unnecessary intimate and condom ads. This is uncomfortable and inappropriate for family viewing.
Please avoid showing such ads and focus more on clean, family-friendly content. It will improve the user experience.

Zee5 customer support is the worst in the industry. They cut off my subscription and inspite of me sending them all the proof on the validity they are not doing anything. I paid for premium subscription. It's been a struggle and there is no customer service where you can talk to a live person.

Following my earlier review I got a response the next day about my review from zee global and asked me to resubmit all the documents. I did send them but no response as yet.
I am still standing on my ground that this company has the worst customer service. I wonder how many customers have lost their money this way. It clearly looks that they don't care. I'll leave at this for now and will update again if there is a "response" or "not"

On ,23rd February Zeetv contacted me through email asking me to send all the documents. I sent it again and mentioned that these documents have been sent several times and this will be the last time I'll be sending.
Next day 24th February '26 I got an email and they asked to log in to Zeetv account and it worked. I'm happy 😁

This app is the worst ott platform I have ever seen. The quality is very low and the "skip add" button is not working and the add is repeating continuously . This is very bad

This company is just after customer money. Even when customer have a valid subscription they will start showing repeated ads saying no subscription so you panic and buy another one... unregulated companies allowed to operate in UK

Platform is really very good. Equivalent to the Netflix in terms of technical performance. Much better than prime

Advertisement timing sense very much missing. Very annoying to see advertisement when songs are midway in SAREGAMAPA in Z Bangla OTT channel.
Strongly condemn such disturbance.

They are actively driving their user base away. Increasing a cost by 300% with zero quality TV Shows.

Very bad performance. It keeps buffering every few minutes. Logs out often without any reason.

Content is also not very good.

Improvement required.

Ad every 3 seconds, cannot watch even an episode. No help from support. Silly responses from developers. They dont even read the feedback before responding. All generic responses. Waste of money

Too much advertisement during the live telecast of serial.
Charector also advertised.

I hate this platform . Even if you subscribe to the ad version, ads appear every few minutes and disturb the experience. We understand that with an ad supported plan some ads will come, but in this OTT it’s much worse compared to other platforms. Such a waste,I already canceled my subscription and won’t subscribe again.

Technical issues: Many movies I chose out of the screen display list could not be opened when pressed the ‘Watch’ icon. It simply freezes oftentimes although some opens sporadically.
Very poor customer support: They said the technical problems would be solved. I sent them a video of the issue via email, but was not responded for two weeks. Telephone calls got cut off after ten minutes of holding.
Cancellation of subscription not allowed: Out of total dissatisfaction with the service, I repeatedly sent email requests for cancellation of the service, but they didn't allow it.
Quite disappointed.

This is a scamming company. Do not purshase a subscription please. This is the second time they have deducted money from my account. I once had a subscription for 1 year in 2020. Then I cancelled it. Last year 2024 they out of the blue just decided to deduct money from my account and now in 2025 it is the same. I have tried emailing them but the responses did not adress the issue and talked about something else. It felt like I was talking to Chat-GPT but when it was in beta. Logging into my account it does not say that I have any active subscription either. This is a scam, please no one ever give them your card details. I am going with this to the authorities and also I have told my bank to block all charges from this scam company. I have also filed a complaint of unauthorized withdrawal. I AM TELLING EVERYONE AGAIN, THIS PEOPLE ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!

The Slowest Streaming app ever. I watch BBC, Channel 4, U Tv, on streaming. But this is the worst. Wait constantly for program to load. You can tell they have not invested in their IT infrastructure, or have amateurs running this. Great programs you want to watch but get fed up waiting.
