I ordered batteries for my RC basher from this company, double pack, also with fireproof bag, I left them a tip, paid and since then I have nothing. No money, no batteries, no reply to my email from their supposed customer service. To shorten the delivery time, I ordered the batteries from their German warehouse. They gave me a tracking number for the package and it's apparently been stuck somewhere in Germany since 18 January. The shipping company is some kind of Swiship, but it is not possible to contact them. And since the manufacturer does not respond to my e-mail, I am very disappointed. This is not the practice of a serious company. I definitely do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered 4 3s batteries but I never received them, I tried to contact customer service but they never answered me, totally unreliable service, now I don't know how to get my money back without ever receiving anything

That fact that you have an Australian warehouse is awesome just wish you had more variety of stock have ordered your products through AliExpress but would be great to order more directly from you

The batteries I buy are great. I wish you would make 3 cell 1300 and 1800 mah in a thinner longer size to fit my sailplanes.
