When my shoes arrived they were obviously much wider than a normal shoe and WAY too large for me. Like the other comments, I was told I would have to return them to China for a full refund - costing me postage more than the value of the shoe! This company is as close to a scam as it could be even if it is not technically a scam! I eventually argued into a $15 refund (they initially offered me $8) which meant I threw away $30 on cheap ill-fitting shoes. Unless you are willing to throw away money if the shoes are not to your liking I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Buyer beware when doing business with this company. It isverclose to a scam. They show nice items for sale in my situation it is sandals 2 pair. I paid over $100.00for shows made in China worth about $10.00. I requested a return and they said I can return them to a Chinese address and pay the shipping handling and insurance and then they will refund my account or I can keep the sandals and they will refund $15.00. I would have never ordered from this company if I knew it was a Chinese business. please be careful with this company.

These shoes are awful. Made from cheap imitation suede material on upper with very strange and unsafe closure that looks like a buckle but actually just slides under a metal hook and won't stay. This is unsafe when it comes loose while wearing shoe. Sole is hard and not flexible at all. Says 30 day money back but that remains to be seen since I am now about a week into trying to get a refund. Don't buy these shoes.

Shoes are incredibly cheap looking and smell like toxic chemicals. The fit is too small. No return slip was included in the packaging so I had to hunt around on their terrible website for how to return. I wrote an email to support and waited days for a reply. When they finally responded, they told me they would refund me $8 for an $80 order. Cheap scam, don't buy.

The shoes looked great, but unfortunately, they didn't fit well. Despite ordering my usual size, they were too tight and caused discomfort after wearing them for a few hours. I was disappointed that I couldn't wear them as I had hoped, but I appreciated the easy return process and great customer services.

I have been a loyal customer of Zekear for years and have never been disappointed. As someone with bunions and flat feet, I rely on this brand to provide the comfort and support I need. These sandals are not only stylish, but also incredibly comfortable and durable. However, I was a bit disappointed with these sandals because they didn't provide the level of support I needed for my bunions and flat feet. Overall, I highly recommend Zekear to anyone looking for a shoe that can provide the perfect combination of style and comfort.

Refund policy 30 days? yes if you pay more than what you spent to return to China!

This is their answer:
“Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $15.00”

Like other people, I have been scammed by Sursell, Grushay, Zekear…whatever. The shoes are awful. They told me I should pay an additional $15.00 and they would send me another pair!!! Later they would reimburse me $8.00 to offset returning to China! But nothing about reimbursing my original $54.98. How is it that Amazon is also carrying these?

Don’t waste your money, your time on these back woods scammers. These SOB’s will not give you your money back upon the return. You get an item that smells like pee and made of some cheap plastic.
They need to be shut down with their cheap ass junk!!!

Boots were received back on 1/30/2023 and signed for.
I have sent copies of when I received them and when you got them back in a timely manner.

This place is nothing but a scam, please read reviews save your money they are not worth one penny of your money, they try to make the customer send package back to China, but has a return address on the package that says New Jersey, if you send back to China it will cost $50 to $80 when the item was only $40 dollars and you will not get a refund. Order at your own risk, I wish I had read the reviews first.
I will try and put this on every social media platform, so people will know. They are scammers!!!

Like others have said, when we tried to return, although the shoes came from California, they wanted them returned to China. Nowhere in the return policy does it let you know that. Be prepared for long battle with them

Zekear's return policy "to China" is atrocious. The boots did not fit, (very poorly made) never able to wear them once. On a $60.00 pair of boots, they refunded me $15.00. They stated you have to pay return shipping to China and if you don't ship back to China, they will only refund you a portion of the full price. Save your money, don't even buy from this company. What a total loss. :( Buy American

If I could give no stars I would. First I didn’t get my shoes, second I asked for a refund and they said yes but the refund never happened! You can’t call the company, you can only email and they do not care if a refund was never received! Basically they flat out stole my money. Do not buy from this company

Update: I emailed this company with copies of my bank deposits and every time they said they gave a refund. They even sent a picture of how a refund was issued or stated on their website. I replied that just because your page said it was issued, it does not mean I got it. They then stopped responding.

The amount spent was 70.99 and I never received it from them. I made a complaint against them using my bank and they found that I had a true problem after investigation. It was my bank that gave me a refund. Thanks to CHIME I didn’t lose my money.

I believe this company is set up to fraud people and make money off of people’s trust of a website. It’s the buyer who does not realize that there is no true business address, no contact information, and only one way to file a dispute email. You get sucked in with their great deal advertised. I’m sorry if this has happened to you. It’s beyond frustrating. Put the word out there so more ppl do not fall into their trap!

I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent the wrong item from China. Although they advertise returns, they require the customer to pay for the return shipping to China, even though the mistake was theirs.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
