If I could review 0 stars they’d be more than deserving, awful sure and ‘customer service’
Do not trust this site. My identity documents were fully approved and my account was 100% verified over a week ago, yet they are completely refusing to release a simple £21 withdrawal. When you go to their live chat, they just cycle you through offshore agents (like "Lampros") and fake customer care managers (like "Luis") who do nothing but copy and paste the exact same stalling scripts claiming the case has been "escalated to the relevant department." This is a blatant violation of the UK Gambling Commission's rules against intentionally withholding player funds and creating unnecessary payout delays. I have logged formal case number 1139333619606413 and am submitting the entire chat transcript directly to the UKGC and IBAS for unfair consumer practices. Avoid Jumpman Gaming sites at all costs unless you want your money stolen.

I received two pop ups stating I had received a reward,no reward come up in rewards section. I contacted customer services and was basically accused of making it up. I feel compelled to write a further review after Zingo Bingo withheld my winnings. They have (incorrectly) claimed in a response to my earlier review that I have only ever taken part in games without wagering my own money. This is completely untrue. I have wagered my own money and lost it. On this one occasion, they offered me some free spins, which I then won some money on. They then refused to let me withdraw this money (despite them having no wagering requirements). They have completely ignored my emails on this. I have given them a deadline, but will be escalating this to the Gambling Commission. There are far better sites out there that will pay you.

Allowed me to deposit funds then put a hold on my account until I verify my i.d which I did but because i forgot to put my middle name on the sites my details page they keep failing my verification. Spoke to a member of staff via email after sending several emails and they told me to go onto the my details part and edit my name by adding my middle name. I followed those instructions but its physically impossible to do so. There is no edit option. This was all 5 days ago iv since emailed countless times and not had any more help nor reply.
