Hey Janet,
We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding bonuses.
After reviewing your account, we can see that you have been manually editing the bonus code field during your deposits. Unfortunately, this is not the correct way to claim available offers, which is why the bonuses have not been applied to your account.
To successfully claim a bonus, please follow the correct process:
- Before making a deposit, navigate to the “Daily Picks” section.
- Select the offer you wish to participate in.
Proceed with the deposit directly through that offer.
By following these steps, the system will correctly register and apply the bonus to your account.
We hope this clarifies the situation and helps you enjoy the available promotions moving forward. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.

Hi Lewis,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We are sorry to hear that your experience has been disappointing and that you feel the games are not providing rewarding outcomes. We completely understand how frustrating this can be.
Please note that all of our games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every spin or round is entirely random and based purely on luck, meaning that outcomes cannot be influenced or predicted. While this guarantees fairness, it can also result in periods where wins or bonus features may not occur as often as expected.
We truly value your feedback and will ensure that your concerns are shared with the relevant team. If you would like us to review your gameplay in more detail or provide further clarification, please feel free to reach out.

Hey Aaron,
Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this can feel.
Please note that all games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. This ensures that every spin and outcome is completely random and independent. As a result, wins, features, and bonuses are based purely on luck and cannot be predicted or influenced.
We understand that going through a session without triggering features can be disappointing, but this is part of the natural variance of games of chance.

Hey Michelle,
We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience.
We would like to reassure you that all games on the platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. This ensures that every result is completely random and based on chance, with no ability for the casino to influence outcomes or winnings.
We understand that outcomes in games of chance can sometimes be disappointing, especially during losing streaks. However, wins and losses are determined purely by luck, and results will naturally vary from player to player.
