Wynnboutiquecharleston Reviews

I ordered a coat on line and the material and quality of the garment was horrible. I am trying to return the item for a refund to my credit card. I have sent the several emails since I received the garment over a week ago and there has been no response. No telephone number only email for customer service. Unacceptable for a company

I found exactly what I wanted and the price was amazing. Great looks, great value and great service!

Great selection, unique finds, wonderful prices! Amazing shop!!!

First-Time Order – Waiting for My Items to Arrive
This is my first time ordering from this clothing website. I ordered a winter coat, a trench coat, a sweater, and a pair of shoes. I really like the styles because they are exactly what I’ve been looking for! However, the website doesn’t provide details about the clothing materials, so I’m taking a chance and hoping for the best.
I was a little concerned when I received the shipping notification and noticed that the shipment was coming from China. I really hope the items look as good in person as they do in the photos.
The shipping notification came very quickly, which was nice, but now I’m still waiting for my package to arrive. Hopefully, it won’t take too long!
I’ll update my review once I receive the items and can share my thoughts on the quality, materials, and whether they look like the pictures.

requested address to return item for refund from Hanna at customer service; have not received any communication from Wynn Boutique charleston; customer service is 1 833 263 7326 but can not get a live person to speak with only a recording directing to AmericanDream.com which is website for some place in New Jersey advertising shopping ,restaurants, free parking space, everything under the sun except an address for returning item for a refund

Navigating the the website was easy and the item purchased was at a great price for the quality!

Love their products

Having a beautiful website to look through from an old timey town that has that perfect looking charm gave me all the warm and elegant vibes. I am looking forward to receiving my two outfits and know that they will be beautiful.

Easy navigation on the website and quick shipping

Communication excellent. Status updates excellent. Item shipped from China. Location on web is just false storefront. Item arrived and delivered with care. Product falsely promoted and pictured on website. Quality poor. Item only big enough to dress a very small child. Sewing and cut uneven. Supposed to be a Women’s pantsuit in plus sizing. Not so! Absolutely useless.

I’m getting no response on how to send a return back? Multiple attempts. Nothing

Having trouble making a return because it was the wrong size.

Website is easy to use, the pictures are clear. Check out went smoothly. Here’s hoping my shoes arrive and fit!
