I wouldn't recommend playing here! Terms and conditions are breached around withdrawals and they are already ridiculous waiting times. Withdrawals are only processed monday to friday 9-5. They are not looked at for one day after requested then 3 days to process according to t&c this doesn't include your bank processing times between this it is dragged out using the excuses that it is you payment provider is the issue so your process starts all over. You can have 3 pending withdrawals, the next withdrawals will no be processed for 3 days after the previous was approved or cancelled
I have 14,000 euros in my account i am on VIP level 2 which has taken forever to get here the vip program is not very clear on how it works on the site and live chat could not explain how it works, my current level will only allow me to withdrawal 500 euro a day 7000 a month i have 14000 in my account this means it would take me around 6months if they actually stuck to there process!
