Having bought this coat in wrong size online Victoria in Customer Service couldn’t have been more helpful in finding the right size in a store and getting it to me as it was sold out online. I am only 5.2 and it fits beautifully, I sized down to a 1. I cannot wait to wear it come Christmas Day! In the meantime it’s under the tree!

I’m absolutely delighted with my navy flat-fronted velvet Marianne trousers. They’re such a flattering fit, and at 5’4” I really like the slightly shorter leg — it sits perfectly. They look so pretty and stylish, and I already know they’ll be my go-to this party season and well beyond. Highly recommend!

Delivery fine I do feel the waiting time for a refund is too long
If I am returning I do so straight away as being a shop owner previously I do understand you want it back so you have an opportunity to re sell it
I would appreciate the same regarding the refund I am a pensioner on a budget and a special purchase like this leaves me unable to purchase another item until I’m refunded

Dissapointing customer service
I visited the York store which is a stunning building. Initially the experience was lovely, the staff member was engaging by complimenting the jeans I was wearing and helpful although I was dropped like a red hot brick when another customer was clearly buying more than me! Her help in finding an alternative size did not happen. My sister, who I was shopping with, put the items I had tried on back as there was no help on offer while I went upstairs to add a scarf to a skirt I had tried and decided to buy. A different member of staff rang through my purchases and took my cash. When she asked the original member of staff for a five pound note as change I was made to feel such a nuisance with the original assistant bordering on rude. After leaving we went into another shop a couple of doors down and the service there was second to none, even when I paid in cash there!
Dissapointing service in a bricks and mortar shop, and we wonder why online shopping is taking over.

The Southwold ladies are great
I went in to the Southwold store to try the dark midnight Pea coat the ladies persuaded me to try on the cocoa one which I was reluctant to do. I bought the cocoa one a colour I didn’t think suited me - it did.

If you’re shopping in York for cloths don’t miss Wyse
Had a day out in York with my daughter and we popped into Wyse out of curiosity. Beautiful clothes and store layout. Both of us found clothes that we couldn’t resist buying despite the difference in age - real quality and amazing really feminine designs you don’t find elsewhere. But the main reason for the 5 star review is the staff who were so helpful, provided great advice and ideas and created such a friendly inviting atmosphere. They clearly loved what they were doing as well as fully behind the brand and company ethos.

Pre ordered a product and was surprised…
Pre ordered a product and was surprised to find my payment had been taken. When I queried it I was told this guaranteed delivery for me. Chased when the product was showing on the website and found that they were not going to deliver and they offered a refund and discount on a further purchase. I will never use the company again, but I wonder how long it would have taken them to offer me the refund had I not chased?
