Our experience with Xride has been extremely disappointing.

We accepted work on behalf of Xride and completed the jobs as agreed. However, despite fulfilling our obligations, we have still not been paid in full and remain owed over £2,000.

Since completing the work, we have repeatedly contacted Xride by email requesting payment and updates. Despite numerous follow-ups, we have either received no meaningful response or the matter has remained unresolved.

As a small business, waiting this long for payment has had a significant impact. We completed the work in good faith and expected to be paid within the agreed timeframe.

At the time of writing, the outstanding balance remains unpaid despite our repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Based on our experience, we found the communication and payment process to be extremely poor. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Xride and would encourage other businesses to carefully consider the payment terms before accepting work through them.

Was a pleasant experience. Got my ride on time.

I had booked and paid to be picked up at 5:20am and taken to the airport. At 5:20am nobody had shown up so I got in contact with them and after a lot of toing and froing I got picked up at 5:45am. Not only did I get to the airport late but also taken to the wrong terminal. Coming back I contacted them from the day before to confirm things and I was reassured that someone would be there to pick us up. But this was a lie as there was no one there and I was told it would be better if I made alternative arrangements !! Since then I have been trying to get a refund and have been told nothing but falsehoods !!

Please be aware, we have done some work for them in Sep-Oct last year and still awaiting payment. I have contacted Ryes a few times and every time was told that it will be paid soon but ...... still waiting !

I am writing to report serious issues with X Ride company. They have not paid drivers or operators for completed work. The company does not answer calls or messages, and their staff always say the “boss is not picking up” or “we will contact the relevant team,” but no one ever responds.

This company is misleading and not trustworthy. Please investigate this matter and take the necessary action to protect workers and others from being affected... please please be aware fraud company.....save you and save other....

This company is a total fraud — they don’t pay their operators or drivers on time (or at all!) and completely ignore all messages, calls, and complaints. They make promises they never keep and disappear when it’s time to pay.

No professionalism, no accountability, and no respect for the people who actually keep their business running. Do NOT trust X Ride — they’ll waste your time and your hard-earned money.

X Ride is a highly unprofessional and unreliable company. They charge passengers in advance but consistently fail to pay their operators. I have several unpaid invoices despite multiple follow-ups, and there has been no resolution or proper communication from their side.

As an operator, I strongly advise others to stay away from X Ride to avoid financial loss. Passengers should also be cautious – you’re better off booking directly with reputable local firms.

Think twice before using or partnering with X Ride.
