We had a project with X Buildup two years ago. They converted our detached garage to an ADU.Before We started with them we had already asked another architecture to design a floor plan for us and wanted X Buildup to make our ADU with that floor plan.They explained to us how we can have a better floor plan to get maximum benefits of our spaces and changed it to the best one that we could ever get.
They are really professional and organized. Ramin always explains all the options that you can have for your project. We really appreciate them for all they did and can’t wait to start our new project, remodeling our main house ,with them this year.

X Buildup did an excellent job. They were all very reliable, punctual, and friendly. Ramin was very involved and thoroughly inspected his crew's work throughout. They worked on roofing, installing new insulation in the ceiling, drywall, painting, and air conditioning. They completed the job in less than a week and left the job site clean and tidy.
