Hi its me Aakash i am a customer i have bought airpods bluetooth from marina mall branch i bought just yesterday actually the bluetooth is doesn't works every 1/2 hours automatic came sounds like crack and when someone calling it will be suddenly stop that's why i went to there i talked nicely with staff i inform my problem but staff is laughing and i asked why you are laughing they're really don't listen don't care with customaer and then i called to shop manager i told manager all about the problems he said direct no we can't again manager also suddenly leave me omg this is really not good behaviour with customer every customer is same right honestly i can say that very very bad customer service in marina branch xcit..
should be respect them please HR alghanim just give training to all staff and manager thank you.

I'm the customer of x-cite. But i regret to inform you that the staffs of khaitan x-cite is very very bad. Their behaviour with customer is very bad. One time i have complained for my Bluetooth but x-cite staff told me that you are liar.. which types of staff have x-cite. Shame on you.. after that i went same store to buy nose trimmer. I ask for one staf about philips nose trimmer nt1000, that staff without check told me we don't have, which we have only there. but after that i ask to another staff about same machine, she brings to me the same machine from another side. Alghanim have to take action on such staffs.. very bad attitude staffs x-cite have. Next time i buy anything from bakal or outside but never go to x-cite

because I believe they have technical problems, the last thing that I bought was a laptop with expired trail of Microsoft 🤣
How shame I paid more than 300kd to be surprised that the Microsoft office doesn’t work 😒😏
And the staff keep offering me to buy the Microsoft package for a whole year for 90$.
It should include it in the price or give it for free !!!

I bought Coffee machine from X-cite Riyadh branch in March 28th, the second day I came to return it back because it doesn't have the major flavors like Cappuccino or Mocha or Latte capsules, they refused to return it or to change it with very bad customer service.

Order Cancelled but Money not Credited in My Bank in 10 Days
Im a regular Xcite Online Buyer. recently i ordered a phone. I waited for 3 days then when i checked my account it showed order cancelled. Then i contacted the customer service they told item was out of stock. i was shocked not because of cancellation but the service atleast they should call us and inform right. its been cancelled by X-cite not by me. The really disappointing thing is i have not yet received my money back in my account. Its almost 10 days the order is cancelled. i lost my money now i have to pay interest on credit card for the money which i not used. Xcite need to look into this and improve there online service. Its not about selling product its about how you deal when issue comes.

During pandemic I ordered printer, it is understandable to be late, right? pandemic time. It was late. But with really bad customer service.
It took me more then month to reach them and after I left bad reviews on all platforms because more then month they didn't deliver and i'm in the same city where they have few stores, I got it same day after reviews!
At least, what I can say- they care about their reputation, which is good. But never mentioned for my printer that it is sold without cable to be connected on laptop, so I went to the store to buy it, they told me out of stock and go to another store. I went- to few! Out of stock even today, few months later..
But also, they have good choice and good prices, so from that side- good

Actually I was thinking to purchase the mobile but the guy wearing glasses said I don't know whether we have in our stock or no .even it was not busy in duty hours. xcite personnel worst behaviour for expats
recently bought s6e lite tab but company charger is low ampere. When i contact xcite they say cannot be replaced (in 5 days). and the behaviour with expats is so worst that u feel like u have commited crime by asking for any post purchase problems.
Better to buy from somwhere then xcite.

I am your regular customer and F you guys! You can’t blame me why I reacted like this. Until now I didn’t receive my order. I am living in Salmiya and my place was not affected by lockdown. I called many times to your customer service #(if I’m not mistaken not less than 50 times) but always a machine operator will answered, no other options. I used many cellphone #s(friends and workmates) thinking my cellphone # has a problem. I emailed your website and your FB page many times to get some attention to you but there’s no response! What else you want me to do so that I can reach you? It was very long time my order!!! And in the end once you read this, say an scripted words by saying “sorry, blah blah blah blah and what else?” Shame on you guys! Thank you and good luck!

I m feeling I am chained and convicted for the frequent payment reminder or pushing payment messages to my mobole and to my friend mobile every time.
I forgot when I started taking credit since I first came to kuwait. I have taken credit many times for about 12 years. I never felt so bad before implemented credit reminder policy. For the current loan I had never paid late fees. But I always paid my installment at the end of every month.
Pls I feel guilty or I feel that I m a financially corrupt, when call or text my friend mobile. (the person contact I gave when talking loan)
In some months you reminded him before you reminded me. Whereas I took goods not him.
Every time he felt disturb.
I don't believe system errors. It's policy they installed in system. have recorded all messages. And called my friend. I am thinking to sue to take them in the court for such behavior that humiliate me and mischief my dignity and pride.

Made an order on the 9th of April and till this day the 10th of May I did not receive my items.
Worst thing is they wont let you publish negative feedback on them they want us to call them ! That if they answer.
