No problems, delivered within time specified and driver friendly and respectful.

On the time and very friendly

I was at work when delivery arrived..so fair play to the delivery team..they put my parcel over the gate and into my garden..I brought a gazebo and it weighs a ton..fair play lads..

Driver, very friendly and chatty and carried box through to the garden for me .

It says delivered but no one lives at this address yet I changed the delivery address and date so I don't know where my goods are

I was expecting the delivery 30th April I got a text today which I didn't see whilst I was out at 1147 hrs on 22 April saying 2 bed bases would be delivered in the next 2 hours . I arrived home to find they had been dumped in my front garden ! . If I could give a zero or minus rating I would .

Delivery so badly damaged it’s unbelievable think they must have just dropped it on every corner

Delivered to the wrong postcode. It’s essential for delivery drivers to check they are going to the correct address. The address your company has delivered my parcel to is at least 4 miles from me. I paid £14.99 for this inconvenience

Very heavy box and Driver never wanted to lift it up 3 steps I am disabled and had to sruggle to bring it indoors

They call a buzzer and leave everything outside. I’m by self with 2y old one and need carry 3 boxes upstairs

Bad experience.The driver puts the parcel and left.
It was supposed to be delivered to our doors not downstairs. It was a large item which I can't lift on my own. He just rang the bell and left. Very Rude!

Rude very unhelpful delivery driver.
I had a large package delivered and it was just dumped the full length of my door.
My request to move it was ignored and the driver just waved in a dismissive way and ignored my frequent requests for help.
As a disabled person with mobility issues I’m now literally locked in my home. This situation can not be resolved until my family come to assist after work this evening.

I was advised on the day of delivery that my large parcel was going to be delivered, not before the day so I could arrange to work from home! I had to make my excuses at work and drive home at lunch time! Then when the delivery did arrive, he just dumped it at the front door, took his photos and was walking away by the time I'd got to answer the door. The box was massive, I had to manoeuvre this in the house on my own with no help! Not what I'd call Great Service and not worth the £24.99 I had to pay for delivery...
