Hi I never give reviews .So this is a first sorry about the mistakes . I called into there shop in Coomera QLD . My pc would not boot up . I was going to buy a new one . I told him about the problem he said bring it in the most it will cost is about $300 if mother board , so I took it in .About 2 days later the called to say pc in ready to pick up . I ask how much THINKING $300 OR ABOUT . He said $50 I was in shock . (Sorry don't remember his name ) Now look he could have said $300 or more and I would have paid so I thank him for being so honest as you know honest people are hard to find RIGHT . Thanks you X Gaming

I've been having an ongoing problem for over a year now. The reason why it's so long is because they refuse to reply after a canned response didn't fix the issue. My MAME cabinet has been unusable since this has started.

Absolutely poor service from Customer service
They sold stuff they didn't have and were full of false promises on delivery. After 3 months no products had been sent and when i asked for a refund they ceased communication forcing me to settle via Paypal. Luckily for me Paypal refunded me as XGaming failed to respond to them as well. I highly recommend avoiding this company

TERRIBLE customer service from Jeremy, manager of customer service. Absolutely shocking - placed an order and had an issue, and he totally screwed me over and was very rude and dismissive. Will avoid buying from them in the future.

I even complained to the owner, who never replied. Beware!
