Unprofessional- Dishonest
I did not get my credit after funding my account and was told that I was supposed to inform the company about the issues before my withdrawal, which is exactly what i did but everybody just reads your nessages and decide to respond a few hours or few days later, of all the brokers I've been with, its the first time I hear about this, communication is poor and unprofessional. I'm the 6th working day waiting for my withdrawal but you say 2 to 5 working days- after reading your reply to my review which I wrote today the 21st of August for a withdrawal that according to you was processed and your response to my query about the bonus I'm now convinced that I am with an untrustworthy broker, cause the reasons that you are giving me today for me not getting the bonus are different from the reasons which I got last week so who's fooling who-anyway it's ok- and even to withdraw my funds was a mission that took 2 days everytime getting an error message which looked like I was dealing with a pyramid scheme whereby somebody on your side had to manually process the withdrawal- anyway thanks ibtake this as an eye opener not sure why I never saw the part that says some people are not entitled to a bonus..

Hello, first let us apologise if you did not get replies as soon as you expected. You mentioned an issue with not promptly being given credit. I assume you are referring to a bonus. If so, we do not give bonuses to all clients by default. Therefore, in certain cases a bonus you may be eligible for might have to be applied manually.
Concerning your withdrawal we can see this was done by card. We have checked our systems and confirm that your withdrawal was requested, approved and then processed on the 11th August with our card processor, Trust Payments. It typically takes 2-5 business days for card withdrawals to be credited back to the card. However, it is not abnormal for it to take longer with certain card issuers. We suggest you contact the support department who will be able to investigate this specific payment.

Spread is fine, but commission is too expensive. You should stop charging swap on Major currencies

Thanks for your feedback and for trading with us. On the XG Raw account the spread starts at 0.2 pips with 3.75 USD per side per lot commissions, which we believe is competitive in the market.
If you prefer not to pay commissions at all our XG Zero account has a spread of 1.0 pip on EURUSD and there are no commissions on any symbols at all. We suggest you look at this account type.
As for swaps they are a real market cost charged by all liquidity providers and prime brokers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to remove them.
As a valued client of XGLOBAL you should have a relationship manager you can contact who can go over all our account types and trading conditions. Please do speak with them for the best deal.

Thank you for your review. Our recommended minimum deposit is 100 USD equivalent, which works out to around 2,000 ZAR. However, we do technically allow clients to deposit as low as 200 ZAR (around 10 USD). Please bear in mind that you need to deposit enough to cover the margin. Apologies if you had trouble withdrawing. Please take into account that withdrawals can only be requested back to an account in your name and we can only send funds back to the same method used to deposit.
