Great camera, what support.
I recently bought a thermal camera made by this company, and credit where it’s due the camera itself is second to none. It’s a p2 pro in case you’re wondering. The issue I have is that the included dongle is faulty from the factory meaning I cannot use the camera on my modern devices instead having to rely on old lightning port devices. Adding salt to the wound I have tried 3 times to contact there ‘support’ and have yet to have a response other than an automated one. This company should be ashamed of itself, being a world leader in thermal tech yet cannot even be bothered to help the very people keeping there business going. In fact as I write this I realise they have not even taken up there own name on trustpilot. Needless to say I will never be buying from them again.
