The experience was great
The experience was great, great custom singlets. Only thing that could be better is to be able to talk with someone when you order custom gear. That was a pain. But other than that the rest was great. Great art designers and fast response from art designer through email.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Poor communication
I bought 3 items and received 3 items. The problem is one of them was the wrong singlet and the wrong size. I emailed in an attempt to fix the problem however after 6 days there has been no response.
After 2 weeks Customer Service has contacted me and has promised to send the correct singlet. I have updated to a 3 star and will update again once I receive the correct singlet.

Wow what a great singlet my son loved…
Wow what a great singlet my son loved it!!! Honestly I think I love it more! I want to give a special thanks to Alex who went above and beyond to get us the singlet in time for a our state tournament. Even though we went 0-2 that day, with his new singlet on we were winners!! Thanks again.

Great product
Great product, great quality. Excellent response to my e-mails, friendly. It's obvious their product is custom made with each order, the singlet and compression shorts fit tight and comfortable, the material doesn't snag, the graphics are clear, color is great. Prices are reasonable. I also noticed that I paid like $9.00 for "standard shipping" but was upgraded to 2nd day air at no cost and oddly, when I placed the order, I thought that $9 was pretty stiff for shipping three singlets.

Great Quality, Slow Customer Service
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered a singlet for my daughter's birthday, the sizing chart said it would fit kids 51-65 pounds...my daughter weighs 53 pounds and she can barely get the thing on and off. I've sent 2 requests for an exchange and have received 0 response. I have called the number numerous times and apparently there is never anybody that works for this company that can actually solve problems, they will just take your number down and say they will call you, which 3 weeks later they still have not even with me calling them back daily. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE: After a month they finally got back to me and the customer care representative was very friendly and helpful. The singlet is of great quality but unfortunately her wrestling season was mostly over before they got back to me. Also, the sizing chart definitely runs small bc my now 55 pound daughter fits in their youth large which is supposed to be 65-80 pounds.
Note: In their reply to this review they claim they sent a return label which is 100% false. I unfortunately had to come out of pocket an extra $15 to ship this back to them to fix their mistake.

Note: We've had recorded correspondence back and forth with this customer via email. We've done everything we can to rectify the situation. The customer is trying to send back an old singlet to the wrong business address. We provided a return label and he's taken months to get this done.
