Scammers who rip u off and then proceed to try to rip you off more

This is a fraud company. They will give you the loan but in case of a delay for few hours, they will start blackmailing you. Hack your Whatsapp. They will start calling your contacts and share your video. I am raising a compliant against them in cyber crime.
Please be safe and don't avail any loan from them.

This company is totally a scam. Do not waste your time with these people. Do not trust them. It definitely sounded too good to be true, and I went against my better judgment. Do not give these people your information you will not receive any funds.

I have taken loan of 15000 from this company on 2nd March. The actual disbursed amount is 13820 only. That means they deducted 1180 as processing charges. My due date is 2nd April. Due to some technical issues, my salary was delayed. These guys tortured me like anything.

Initially they asked me to send bank statement as a proof to show them that I have not received any salary. I provided. Later on, they asked me to provide bank statement of my other banks to which I did transfer from my salary account. Unfortunately my other bank was opened via Aadhaar based and I have not registered for netbanking. I am using my other bank via phonepe only. But these guys mentally harrassed me. They threatened me that they would contact my references and office.

There are many loans like this. Below are some of the loans who are following the same in India. These guys should be hanged on the roads. Worst and pathetic.

These people take phone records from telecom operators and call them. They harass customers even when they r paying. I am being harassed badly. Have already written to RBI and cyber police delhi. I am making part payment but still they are torturing me and my family and ofc colleagues

Xpress Loans 911 is a scam company. Its owners, Robert and Jill Berg have their employees working from countries outside the US for miserable wages and no knowledge of what they do, they take your money, they make the process long until you lose your investment, they never return money. The positive comments you see are their employees posing as customers, no one actually does business with their loans, their business is taking your money.

Totally fraud people they took my all documents said no address proof and rejected but for address proof i shared 3 proof electricity bill, Aadhar, gas bill still this people need more totally waste of time no proper response my credit manager Zeba was a stupid lady who never respond properly fraud company.

It took 2 days from the time I submitted my application until funds were dispersed into my personal banking account. I highly recommend.

Scammmmm!!! Liaarrrssss!!!! RUNNN. they stole $5,000 from me FOR A COMMITMENT FEE for a line of credit for my business! I got nothing in return! I wish I could rate them lower. Jill berg and Robert berg will take your money for the upfront fee and run. They will promise you anything to get the money they want and after doing research I discovered they have several other companies they are starting every other year to steal peoples hard earned money and never keep the agreement promised.

To set the record straight, XPRESS LOANS 911 IS NOT A LENDER. They have NEVER funded even one deal in their entire existence and to prove that, I have copied in this email all of the lenders that Xpress Loans 911 are submitting your files to.

This is not merely to tarnish Jill and Robert’s reputation but to put an end on the inhumane activity that they have been doing. We, the back office team of Xpress Loans 911, felt bad and sorry for all the clients that we are dealing with everyday. We even received phone calls from clients who are begging us to at least help them get their money back or to just tell us that they are on the streets and homeless because of what Xp911 did or that they don’t have the money to even buy gifts for their kids this holiday season because they paid the upfront fee up to their last penny, with the hope of starting a business for their family’s better and brighter future.

To all the lenders, I hope that you can cut ties with this company. This company isn’t worth it. We have high respect for you, we know that you are one of the best lenders out there and we feel bad that you got involved in this fraudulent activity. I know some of you can testify how unprofessional Jill and Robert are.

All of the employees of Xpress Loans 911 are Filipinos, we are all based in the Philippines, none of us are in the USA. We are not well versed with how the US Laws work, I hope that our lenders and our clients can work together to give Jill and Robert what they deserve.

Do NOT believe in anything that their SALES are saying. Kenny is not CREDIT COMMITTEE, there’s no such thing. Rory is not UW/CREDIT COMMITTEE, there’s no such thing as well. They are only saying those for you to pay for the commitment fee because they are earning from that. They will lie until they get that money from you! Even if you lose all your money to pay for that, they are sleeping well without any sense of guilt in their bodies.

The Back Office Team are the ones suffering from their Bs upfront. They are asked to close MANY deals but those deals are already UNCLOSABLE to begin with. They are overworked due to these lies. They are the ones getting shouted at, cussed at by the client. THESE POOR PEOPLE NEED TO COVER THE LIES THEY DO UPFRONT! And yet, Jill Berg and Robert Berg are still threatening their tenure if they don't close deals. Their back office staff are mentally and emotionally abused each time they conduct a “staff meeting”. Even if you close MANY deals, it is still not enough for them.

Last but not the least, they established a new company, to double the money they are getting from all the lies they are saying. Now, that we are already talking about this please, please beware of the company named Fix and Flip Loan to secure your livelihood from these Bergs. Fix and Flip Loan is Xpress Loans 911 version 2. Worst is that they even advised the employees to change their names and threatened to say that Berg’s owned the version 2 scampany.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! We are all from the Philippines and are pressured to do sales talk to clients so that we can have a bonus because we are always underpaid! When we get at least 1 client to sign with us we get a $200 bonus which equates to 10, 000 here in the ph that's why we basically force the client to sign with us and not let them look at reviews online bc we know they'll find something! They delay the process until you get fed up and basically give up! The loan openers don't care about you anymore when you've finished paying for the so-called commitment fee. DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!

I have been working with this company for MONTHS now trying to get my loan. It seems to me they are doing FALSE advertising. Fast Loans - FALSE, it's been months. Easy not so many documentations - FALSE, they have requested document after document after documents. You will get 90% Loan (and even advertise 100%) FALSE - not only did I not get what was quoted to me, now it is not even enough to pay off my original loan. DON'T waste your time on their company unless you like wasting it spending months getting NOTHING!

This lender is not real lender,they are Hard Money lender from other real lender. They are acting as lender but they are broker to make money without lending any money from this co. My client apply for loan and they said send so much money to their account to start the processing. After they got lots of money they send us terms with high rate around 13 % for 12 months with 4% points and my client must come up with 20% down payment.PRESS LOANS911 is scam lender . They ask up front fees to hold to lock you .other lenders I got loan for them with 20% down with 4.90% 1.55 % point no advance fee in front. We ask to get the up front fee return back to client looks like they are rip off and we must contact lawyer to collect the money. DO NOT GET IN THEIR TRAP>

This is a SCAM ! The typical UP FRONT fees scam. I told them I will gladly pay their 6000$ ! fee in escrow but they did not agree. No serious company would do this.

I am sure all positive reviews are FAKE ! Show me the loan you got from them !

I suggest that that Xpress Loans 911 LLC maybe operating in a gray area and or outside of North Carolina Law with no regulations or oversight??? See NC 66, Article 20, Loan Brokers referenced below.

I've written North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper's office with my complaint against Xpress Loans 911 LLC and asked that office for clarification, review, and enforcement as they see fit.

And telephoned Xpress Loans attorney and told her to file their case against me.

The truth is not "defamatory and libelous."

If you've been ripped off by this company let it be known and file a complaint.

§ 66-106. Definitions.
(a) For purposes of this Article the following definitions apply:
(1) A "loan broker" is any person, firm, or corporation who, in return for any
consideration from any person, promises to (i) procure for such person, or assist
such person in procuring, a loan from any third party; or (ii) consider whether
or not it will make a loan to such person.
(2) A "loan" is an agreement to advance money or property in return for the promise
to make payments therefor, whether such agreement is styled as a loan, credit
card, line of credit, a lease or otherwise.
(b) Except for mortgage loans as defined in G.S. 53-243.01, this Article shall not apply to
any party approved as a mortgagee by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the
Federal Housing Administration, the Veterans Administration, a National Mortgage Association
or any federal agency; nor to any party currently designated and compensated by a North Carolina
licensed insurance company as its agent to service loans it makes in this State; nor to any insurance
company registered with and licensed by the North Carolina Insurance Commissioner; nor, with
respect to residential mortgage loans, to any residential mortgage banker or mortgage broker
licensed pursuant to Article 19A of Chapter 53 of the General Statutes or exempt from licensure

I signed an agreement with Xpress Loans about a month ago (and can e-mail you the original agreement in which they stated that I was approved). They provided terms that we found acceptable and they asked for a commitment fee of $4995 that would be applied towards the closing costs. We sent it but then they later said that all consideration had ceased because they had not received the commitment fee. When we pressed to ask if they had received the commitment fee that we wired, they initially denied having received it. When I told them that I could prove that we sent it as it was wired directly from our bank and then asked them when closing was to occur once all required construction documents were provided to them then they had to admit that they had the fee and then came back to me with a different agreement that they demanded that I sign. I refused and asked for my money back as they had breached the original agreement. I have a copy of that as well that I can e-mail to you. Their new offer had a different, higher interest rate than the original and a different loan amount.
The original agreement had the closing cost at $18,495.00 for points minus the $4995 already wired and a rate range of 6.99% to a maximum of 8.99% and a loan amount of $550,000 (100%) to be made available for construction use, as shown in the original attachment agreement. This was a reasonable offer and so the offer was agreed upon.
The new term sheet sent by them this week in NO way resembles the original term sheet as it asks for $137,780 and a rate of 9.5% for a loan amount of $461,600.
As a result, I have already made a singular request to them for the return of my $4995 as this is a breach of the original agreement and conditions as originally agreed by me.
I will pursue this or the money can be refunded and we can all agree to disagree and we will go away-- no harm, no foul. I won't even ask for interest for them holding my money for that timeframe.
We don't have to get into the reasons stated by Xpress that they have concerns over COVID or that they were concerned about our experience level as there was no requirements ever discussed about their concern over COVID-19 (which had been in full swing for more than 6 months from the initial paperwork) or our experience level with building new houses (as we provided detailed information on the project and our CV of experience up front via uploads to their website or via e-mails). To state these as the reasons for changing the terms would thus be inconsistent with the records that we can prove that they have been provided.
To summarize, we need XPress Loans to return the $4995 they received and we will allow the issue to drop without further action on our part.
