Great stay in the Mallorca Villa! From the relaxt Yoga, intense HIIT training and the amazing hikes with the great guide Teresa! Amazing vacation and would book again!

I was lucky enough to be squeezed in on the Majorca Bootcamp in the 15th July group and stayed in the Club Sol hotel next door to the Villa – right on the beach and 15 mins from the town.
The whole week for me was just perfect, it was so well organised from start to finish and exceeded all expectations I had.
Our bootcamp was managed by Teresa. She was our tourguide, our hike leader, volleyball team manager, my cycling teacher ;) does the best breakfast and bbqs around and was so kind, warm, encouraging and supportive - whatever time of day we needed her!
The trip offered a perfect amount of exercise (as well as free time): wake-up yoya with Kate which if didn't wake you up enough Melissa definitely did in the HIIT thereafter! I came on the bootcamp knowing I wouldn't be the fittest there but Melissa grasped each of our individual ability levels and encouraged us to reach each of our own fitness potentials. I have come back feeling not only physically fitter but mentally stronger with knowledge of what my body can be pushed to do and thank Melissa's workouts and inspiring chats for that.
I was slightly apprehensive about doing something like this but was in with an amazing group, that I now consider friends. If anyone is reading this in two minds about going like I was - do it, it’s one of the best trips I've been on.

Having spent a total of three weeks at this boot camp, I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! With amazing hikes and HIIT sessions, I feel fitter than I ever have! With the town of Port de Pollença only a bike ride away, there’s plenty to do in free time. The villa was clean and well furnished, also allowing us to make a connection with those who we were sharing with. I will be back next summer!

Great experience ! I had a blast!! Met great people, the week went fast and we did so many things (cycling, sailing, paddle-boarding, hiking and of course yoga!!). I had a fantastic experience with kitesurfing which has become a passion now and i look forward to going back there again!

What an experience. I have never had a workout vacation but it was totally worth it! The location of the villa could not be anymore perfect, it is within walking or biking distance to the beach and port area. The instructors were fabulous and did a great job with our workouts. The paddle boarding, hikes and biking were a fun way to explore the area. Theresa went above and beyond as a host! Super knowledgeable of the area and very accommodating. Overall I would go back and try another location.

Everything was perfect : location, accomodation, food, company, organization, excursions, fitness and yoga... I had the most Amazing week and came back home sad but with a lot of good vibes. Will certainly do this again !

It was a great week! Everybody was so motivated and nice, I really loved it. An amazing good vibe and I had lots of fun. You feel great after a week, only sad to go home.. Thanks everyone for making this possible and I am going to miss al the lovely people!

The whole trip was a blast. What an experience! From meeting new friends for life and gaining greater fitness through a variety of opportunities. Thanks to Theresa and Oliver and Debbie for a well planned and organised trip, great food and chats. Will 100 per cent be back with my nee friends and some from back home. Thank you

I had the one of the best weeks ever in Majorca. The location of the villa to start is just perfect,literally next to the beach where the SUP for sunrise is just amazing! Teresa was fantastic from the minute we got there, all the food was amazing and your knowledge of the area and what to do each day made our trip,along with plenty encouragement to keep us motivated. Hoping on the bike each day and cycling along the ocean was lovely!The workouts,yoga and hikes were challenging but brilliant and you are really pushed to do your best and defiently notice your fitness levels increasing before the end of the week. So thank you to all involved,it was an amazing experience, I have felt brilliant since coming home and will 100% be goin back next year and would recommend this to anyone.

I had the most amazing experience at the uf holiday in Spain. From start to finish it was perfect. A beautiful setting and a friendly environment, all the team were truly fantastic. Teresa could not do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. Her knowledge and love if the area was so good. Would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fantastic rewarding challenge

I spent a week in the Spain Villa after booking with around two weeks notice.
On my arrival I was instantly welcomed by Teresa and Oliver.

We had a great group and everyone put in 110% which totally made the experience.

I loved that you had use of bikes and paddle boards, the guided hikes were fantastic as well as the HIIT & Yoga. Teresa is a great host and has great local knowledge so was able to tell us about some beautiful rides.

The location of the Villa exceeded my expectations and the SUP sunrise is a must.

I would highly recommend this experience, as a solo traveller I was very apprehensive but I had no need to be! I plan to go to the Thailand bootcamp later on in the year!

I went to the Spain bootcamp. It was utterly brilliant. The people, the place and the plan were great. Teresa was fantastic and really supportive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. It has changed my life. I just feel so positive and healthy. I would really recommend it to anyone.

I have planned my Africa trip with Xtreme-Gap, unfortunately my tour was cancelled because the minimum of persons for a guaranteed trip wasn't reached.
