I have ordered a lamp and several products.
Everything was placed in one box and the weight of the base crushed everything.
I called and worked it out with one of their people, they replaced the unit and most of the damaged items.

My reason for a three star is due to you not having in person training. I have been wanting to take the Omni class for over a year now. The pandemic as come to a all time low and the CDC guidelines have calmed down to a point where we could do in person classes. Please bring them back.

I’m unimpressed that you promote free shipping for orders. But when I go to use that, it doesn’t count for Alaska. I could see if it was international, but we are part of the United States and it could very well be sent USPS for a lot cheaper than what you charge for shipping. Very disappointing. The products are not worth the shipping prices. Will be ordering elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the quality of the tools sent as well as how easy it was to set it up. I did not know what to expect and it exceeded my expectations. I paid $13 for priority shipping to ensure the products arrived on time for my upcoming appointments. I was not receiving any shipping updates until the day the order was supposed to arrive notifying me that the order was going to be 2 days late with no reasoning. I reached out to customer service with no response and no returned call or email.
