Hi, i just ordered a Cithway Luxe towel and it arrived. No problems at all. Their tracking wasnt great but it did come within 2 weeks of ordering. I was worried that I wasn't going to receive anything by looking at other reviews after ordering, but my package did arrive and it was what I ordered. Very happy.

They're a scam. They don't answer emails. I ordered a tire pressure monitor and they charged me for four. They sent them with no return address. Ripped off label to see it's a Chinese company.
PayPal was no help at all and I had to go to my credit union to stop any further payments.

Scammers. Bought a digital microscope from them They sent e-mails to say it was on the way. Never arrived a month later. Complained. They say sent another one . Never arrived a month later. Complained to Paypal. Looks like I will get a refund.

This appalling company have made 2 unauthorised deductions from my PayPal account, I have raised a complaint with PayPal, changed my password and deleted my card that was used for this scam so they will not get any more illegal deductions.

I cancelled an order still took payment after 4 emails still no refund

Habe am 19.2.26 2Nagelknipser bestellt. Über Paypal wurde der Betrag 29.97 schon abgebucht, habe die Ware aber bis Heute noch nicht erhalten. Woran liegt das?

Apparently, a lot of us are having the same problem with this company. I was on their website and considered ordering their electric nail clippers. After filling out the ordering information, I changed my mind and decided to not finalize the order. They put the order through anyway and added 2 more nail clippers to the order without my permission. As soon as I realised what had happened I emailed them and told them I wanted the order cancelled. This was long before the order shipped. I never heard back. I emailed them several more times to the email address they provided and never heard back. As soon as I received the shipment, I packed it up and returned it to the California address they provided with the information they requested. It's been 2 weeks now and several more emails later and I still haven't heard from them. I guess the next step is to call my credit card company and file a dispute.

THEY HIT MY ACCOUNT FOR MUTIPAL PURCHACE ON THE PAYPAL PAYMENT PLATFORM YOU MUST BE AWARE ITS A IN MY OPINON WHEN YOU ORDER 1 PRODUCT AT 16.99 AND THEY HIT YOUR BANK FOR 11 PRODUCTS DONT ANSWER THE PHONE EMAILS AND DIRECT CONTACT IS NOT AVAILABLE THEN THEY SPLIT THE ORDER ON THE SAME ORDER SO WHEN YOUR CANCELATION IS APPROVED BY PAYPAL THEY ONLY REFUND HALF AND SHIP ALL 11 EVEN THOUGH THE ORDER IS CANCELLED TOTAL SCAM SHUT THEM DOWN NOW DECEPTIVE AND A SCAM REPORT TO ATTORNEY GENERAL WHEN THEY DO THIS TO CONSUMERS AS FRAUD

Am 26.01.2026 bezahlt mit PayPal, aber bis heute nicht geliefert.
Habe heute am 09.02.2026 das Produkt erhalten.
Es hat nur etwas länger gedauert, als von mir erwartet.

Ja, wie bei den anderen Kunden warte ich schon mehr als 14 Tage, und habe kein Zeichen der Sendung , oder der Sendungsverlauf bemerkt. Finger weg von Yctech

Habe vier Eckregale für das Badezimmer bestellt, die ich auf einer Youtube-Werbung gesehen habe. Kaufpreis 70,99 €, incl. Versandkosten. Die Ware kam 14 Tage später an, es gab vorab keine Mitteilung über Bestellung und Versand. Bezahlt habe ich mit PayPal. Da diese Artikel nicht der Beschreibung entsprachen, wollte ich sie zurücksenden. Habe den Verkäufer 3x angeschrieben und erhielt keine Antwort. Die Firma heißt Toolde.de. und gehört augenscheinlich zu yctech. Im Nachhinein musste ich leider feststellen, dass kein Impressum vorhanden ist. Ich habe bei der Verbraucherzentrale Beschwerde via Beschwerdeformular eingereicht und auch meine emails in dem Formular hochgeladen. Einen Tag später hatte ich das Geld auf dem Konto, obwohl ich nich nicht mit PayPal in Kontakt getreten bin. Noch einmal Glück gehabt.

I have had to file a dispute with other scammers, you would think I learn from history but I didn’t❗️I didn’t check with Trustpilot before ordering now I have to go through the process of a dispute❗️
I did not receive my order in their stated time frame 7-14 days 25 days later and two emails to CS asking for tracking number no response. PayPal was able to find a tracking number that stated item delivered, Lie❗️
Run from these Thieves❗️

I order products for my sinks and they didn’t fit. I have contacted them about a refund with a return label to send them back . Nothing since Dec 3

Appalling, returned overpriced items immediately, no response to mails. Send return back, got a POD, still nothing. Doing a chargeback as looking at this, Inhave no other option. PayPal return/disute email is not the same name as company that said it despatched.

Keinerlei Kommunikation, niemals Ware erhalten, keine seriöse Firma.
Dank PayPal Käuferschutz habe ich mein Geld zurück erhalten. 🙏🏼

Tried to buy a retro game dongle for my son after a week i still had no email about shipping even tho the ad promised shipping before christmas. After 3 emails and still no contact i had to cancel the charges, web site had no way to track order my email kept getting the message that they were undeliverable, it takes the a week or more just to process order and we site says 30 days plus for shipping, not a good company to order from

This is a scam do not give them any money!!!

Nicht einmal ein Stern. Nur gut, dass mit PayPal bestellt hatte, so habe ich wenigstens das Geld zurück bekommen.
