Broadband issue
Thanks again for sorting our broadband issue. Carly called us straight back and kept us up to date with what was going on. Having her and the team answer the phone is so much better than what our previous provider offered. Thanks again and would happily recommend.

I had a great experience with Richard from IT support services. The team was highly professional, efficient and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Absolutely diabolical company to deal…
Absolutely diabolical company to deal with.
Had nothing but issue with them since we started our contract.
Latest issue is that we are due a new Starlink to be installed at the end of July. We are now at end of August with an almost non-working version of the machine from 2021. Cannot get anyone on the phone.
They are always as nice as pie but then when there is an issue there’s no follow up.
Just avoid them, the staff turnover should tell you something as I haven’t dealt with the same person for more than a few weeks.
Total joke of a company.

Exceptional Customer Care
A recent DD issue was dealt with promptly.One email immediate investigation.Phone call to explain issue how they were going to rectify.
Folllow up call same day to confirm issue was dealt with.
Customer service Rachel ( excuse me if I have the name wrong) was refreshingly honest the glitch was their side.No excuses made, explained the techincal issue aplogised for the slight shock I got seeing my DD.
A techinical glitch can happen to anyone.Not everyone says sorry about that.

I can’t recommend Yellowcom highly…
I can’t recommend Yellowcom highly enough. I’ve been really impressed with the service and support they provide, and whenever I’ve needed help, they’ve always been quick, friendly and professional.
I’ve only had a couple of major issues over time, such as having to relocate equipment etc as result of an accident. On each occasion, I contacted Ross Clarke and he was straight on the phone to talk me through everything and get it sorted.
Ross has always been incredibly helpful, patient and efficient, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service and making sure everything is working as it should.
The whole experience with Yellowcom has been excellent, and the level of customer service is a big reason I would happily recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a company that provides a great service and actually looks after its customers, Yellowcom are definitely worth considering.
Fantastic service, great support and a team that genuinely goes the extra mile. Five stars from me!

We had some broadband issues
We had some broadband issues, I had to call customer service twice, on both occasions the I was met with a polite and helpful person. They called back to keep me in the loop about what was happening and sent an engineer out in a timely way. The engineer came out and he was super helpful and polite, giving us some advice on other services as well as fixing the broadband. Very happy with the service.
