Yoh this store. I ignored the bad reviews now I regret it. I placed an order on the 2nd September up to this day o have not gotten my order. Empty promises of we will investigate and get back to you is what I get when you are lucky enough for them to pick up your call.

I am so disappointed in the level of service I'm receiving at Yellow sub. I spoke to Amanda, the woman has no sense of emergency, no customer service and she'refused to assist with contacting the third part which I paid for already to come and fetch the items I'm exchanging. I'm so frustrated and I explained to them that I need these clothes for next week. I was told the items will be collected last week Friday already. Amanda, you need to learn how to treat customers well
