YesFit, great except...
I have been with YesFit for quite some time and have the 30+ medals to show for it. Normally I love them and highly recommend YesFit, but lately I am getting disappointed with YesFit.
Some of the races I’ve been really excited to join have medals that are out of stock. I’ve been waiting quite a while for “Flock It” to come back, and now I’m pretty disappointed to see that the “Raccoon: Feral and Free” medal is also unavailable.
I know I can still get a shirt—and I do like the shirts—but the medals are the heart of my collection. Without them, it feels like there’s no point in joining the race.
If you do not care about the medals than YesFit may work for you.
I will keep this updated if YesFit changes their supply process.
I finished two races and haven’t…
I finished two races and haven’t received anything not even a email saying that my items were shipped. I tried contacting customer service and I haven’t heard back. I check my app and all it says is that my races were completed; nothing about shipping my orders and I know I have a couple of orders that should have been shipped. What is going on?????
No reward received
The race was great, felt motivated to complete.. then nothing. They say the shirt went out on 3/14 and then there was nothing. Contacted their customer service three times with zero response.

Hi Yes.Fit, I’ve loved most of your races except this Piñata race : it’s disappointing bc the first three pictures I saw were from drone shots. The first faces a bunch of trees. The second stop is a parking lot. The third an ariel view of a free way. I didn’t see anywhere I could leave feedback but I thought you would line to know the quality there doesn’t match what I’ve experienced in the past. I paid for this and it’s pretty disappointing. That does not take away from the fact you’ve all provided me with years of fitness motivation at good prices. Thank you for that and I hope this race isn’t a reflection of future races
Paid for race/medal, 6 weeks after completion still do not have what I paid for
I am so disappointed in my experience with yes.fit. They happily took my money for the race/medal and as of today I am 6 weeks post completion with nothing to show for it. All their customer service could tell me was that the medals were "waiting on shipment". If they did not have the product, the race shouldn't have been open or the medal shouldn't have been an option. I was looking forward to future races with them, but after this experience I won't be using them again.
Update 6/8/23:
I'm updating my review because after reaching out for a second time the company refunded my money with zero hassle and I did eventually receive the medal I paid for. While the experience was not great, they did make it right by me.

I have been a Yes Fit member for just over two years. I have had a positive experience from the variety of events to the quality of the medals to the quick shipping when events are completed to the helpful customer service. I do have one complaint though, there are so many beautiful and fun medals I don't know which ones to get. Still working on the ones I purchased last year and have more purchased this year. One review mentioned races not tracking. I have the same problem. I have found that turning off my phone and restarting it updates the distance.

Yes.Fit is the very best. When it comes to the real thing. The challenges are better, Great looking medals, shirts, & etc., Great support staff ready to help you at anytime, The two plans they have are very reasonable & affordable, Shipment of your medal(s) or other items are very quick, and a great motivation to get in shape & good health. I recommend, Yes.Fit to anyone & everyone.

First race great. After that?
My first race went smoothly. Everything seemed great. Then app issues, no tracking, no race information, looks like a waste of a lot of money. I agree that Customer service tells you it's your mistake that their app and or site is having problems and I've been having trouble for days, receiving one line answers and no solution. In addition to tracking numbers that just sit. So, fantastic idea that worked once beautifully. After that, it's just been days of frustrating emails and no solution.
Pay for everything. Watch your bill. Dishonest.
I signed up for membership last year and did one race. The medal was alright but it didn’t justify the cost of both the membership and the race.
I was fine with just letting my membership expire, but behold; they automatically renew it and charge your credit card! There was no notice, no “would you like to renew the membership for this service you don’t use?” And there is no number to call. If I hadn’t been paying attention to my credit card statement it would be totally under the radar. When I attempted to email, I was met with an extremely rude, condescending attitude. No apology, but proud defense if their dishonest practices. I would never give a credit card to a business like this if I had been warned, and I hope this serves as a warning to others. You pay for membership and then you pay full price for everything they offer. It’s a great scam. Do yourself a favor and just set goals and rewards for yourself and leave out this greedy middle-man!

My mother was in the hospital (three times!), and for no reason, I was taken out of Yes.Fit. When I inquired as to the reason, I was given no answer (This was 2019).
Fast forward to 2022. Thanks to a very kind and helpful Yes.Fit associate, Kaitlyn F., I have been fully reinstated. True to my word, this review is being edited, (a third time), to reflect her kindness and assistance. (The other feedback will remain as a reminder for Yes.Fit to not demonstrate this kind of behavior moving forward. No one should be removed from a group without a discussion first, cause, and/or an explanation).

Something to be desired
The races are great. It was better when it was free shipping. But medals are quick to get to you when you complete a race. The app and customer service SUCK. The app always seems to crash and has to reload. Whenever I reach out to customer service I am always told the problem is just me and there is nothing wrong with their app or whatever the problem is, even with screen shots of the issue. They don't credit my account when people sign up from my referral. The app won't connect to my smartwatch. It always says it does but won't track anything. I have to manually put in anything I want tracked.

I have been using this app since Jan 2021 - I have completed over 20 virtual races, completing over 850 miles. The medals, while overpriced, I didn't mind paying this price. But now, the company is adding a shipping and handling fee. For valuable, long term clients, this is an insult. It's been fun but I'm out.
