Travis was very responsive and eventually found prices we could live with.

Cody was always available and responded so quickly to our requests for quotes.

He was creative and resourceful in searching for all kinds of alternatives to find the lowest price for Business Class tickets to South Africa. These are long and expensive flights and he saved us thousands of dollars.

He offered many options and explained the pros and cons for each one. For example: he listened to my concerns about a one hour layover after a very long domestic flight before an international flight. What if?
He listened to me debate the value of saving a small amount of money by taking a 5 am flight, adding one more stop, and then an additional 22 more hours of travel.

At first glance, it can be attractive to buy the absolutely cheapest ticket without taking into consideration all the ramifications of arriving at the airport at 3 am, or adding a 6 hour layover in a foreign airport.

Cody was patient, respectful, competent, professional, trustworthy and willing to look into every possible situation to find us the best tickets.

He worked early in the morning and late at night with replies to my questions and offering more options.

He communicated clearly every step of the way.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Very fast response to my email inquiry. They quickly asked for the critical criteria for the proposed travel. Within an hour they had proposed flight information and costs. When I booked the fares, they responded immediately with a form to log all the critical information I needed to provide for tickets.

Travis was informative and patient. We got the seats we wanted on flights that met our schedule perfectly. We had to shift dates a few times before booking and he was helpful and kind. Our travel experience was amazing. Booking was easy and communications were very clear. When we traveled, we had no delays; no hiccups. We really were lucky. Also I appreciated the email reminders as well.

Efficient, available, Pricing seemed competitive but difficult to prove, plane full.
