I received a PR that is leaking when I received it. I email Yesstyle customer service about this problem and they reply me very quickly and willing to send a replacement to me without returning. I was really impressed by their responsive service.

Prefers goods a couple of weeks ago still haven’t arrived , it’s said upon ordering would get emails with delivery details apart from original email confirming payment nothing since no idea when goods will arrive

Shipping took only two weeks, I got my tracking code two days after I placed the order and there weren’t any taxes left to pay. The products are fine, just one eyeshadow was broken, but not because of bad packaging. I guess the shipping company went in a little to rough.
