Poor quality

Definitely unable to fit 2 bikes in as it says in the advertisement. Tension poles done work, the lock and doors don’t line up, it’s very poor quality. Not happy with it at all.

Failed to deliver product, refunded 16 days after purchase

I purchased a netball hope and stand off Yimbly, althoughed dispatched it remained at a distribution facility for around 2 weeks missing date to wbich I had expected it in anti ipation for my sons birthday.
Eventually i was refunded after a couple of call to customer services, who were polite and acknowledge the principle of needing a refund for goods that have not arrived. This whole process had taken 16 days.
Personally keep with merchants you know and trust, i guess im keeping with the proven AtoZ online store

I ordered 2 standard lollipop trees for my door step. They have arrived in good condition with beautiful organic compost or soil as the potting mixture. Delivery was excellent, and I was well informed of the delivery arrival to my doorstep. From ordering to delivery, everything was done professionally.

Very disappointed

Order on 30th march,5 working days delivery, called them on 10 April, they said sorry, delivery was at fault but it would be sorted, get it in 3 days this is now 18 April and they are asking me if I am pleased with the product that I have not received yet

Told to “install” a faulty product after days of back and forth

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been genuinely frustrating.

I purchased a picnic table and bench set, and after spending around 2 hours assembling it, it became clear that both benches were faulty. The pre-drilled holes do not align with the frame, meaning the seating cannot be properly secured or used at all.

I provided multiple photos and videos clearly demonstrating the issue. Despite this, I was repeatedly asked to send more evidence over several days, only to eventually be told that the item was “not faulty” and to proceed with installation, even though it was already assembled and the fault had been clearly shown.

At no point was a proper resolution offered. No replacement parts, no meaningful refund, just delays and dismissive responses.

I’ve now had to escalate this through my bank, which could have EASILY been avoided with basic customer service and accountability.

Really disappointing experience.

Fantastic patio furniture from Yimbly

Easy ordering process, quick delivery response, goods securely packaged. Was a bit anxious about putting the units together because of past bad experiences of faulty construction, misaligned holes, missing items like screws and bolts etc. Needn't have worried on this occasion, brilliant construction, holes correctly and precisely positioned all necessary parts supplied, making assembly a cinch. The supplied instructions were easy to fallow and this helped enormously. The patio furniture looks great, very delighted, would recommend highly.
