Counsellors are proactive, Take feedback seriously, Help out, Communicate clearly, are approachable and are always available. I COULD apply for Fall 24 session by giving GRE at the start of the year (at this time a certain other study abroad service said I shouldn't even try), and still could get my preferred college and do everything in time, thanks to Yocket and my counsellors. I am Mostly thankful to their Great Counsellor Divya K V. She has gone out of her way to help me out, dealt with my frequent change of schedule and requirements. I can't thank her enough, she has made Yocket experience invaluable for me. As someone who was applying towards Deadline of most Universities and working, I appreciate her being available asap when I had the time. Also, I would like to thank Smitha D'Souza, for her time and effort in educating me about various universities, Locations, SOP and etc. These amazing people not only talked to me, but to my parents and friends to understand my specific needs over virtual meeting and tailored their services for my needs. I wish I could express my feelings better, but still, I am grateful for the Team I got to work with :)

I've been yocket premium user since an year and I'm very happy that I got into my dream school. The entire team was very very helpful and available whenever I had the slightest doubt . They helped me draft my perfect SOP and LORS . The main reason i chose yocket was I've heard from my friend get into his dream University and how they helped him find a suitable programme for his masters and the entire procedure and whatever he said everything was right once I signed up with yocket . I love their website it makes university selection easier and helped me access through application portal way easy. Very friendly and patient guidance counselors . Especially primary counsellor Mr. Neelkanth Jitesh helped me thoroughly with the application process and doubts regarding it, whenever I asked for. The whole process went smooth: Starting from my counselor, Tithi Mukherjee helping me in choosing universities and guiding me in every step throughout the process, LOR and SOP reviews, until providing financial advisory. Hi everyone whoever is seeing this I want say this to all the parents and students who have a dream of abroad education, please do not fall in the trap of “YOCKET” subscription.

As they do not help you they just loot your hard earned money of students and parents, I have took the Yocket subscription and paid 35,000 rupees and they haven’t helped even with sop and university applications, and the primary counsellor of mine, she have not helped me out, in anyway so far and inspite of taking the subscription from them, I took help from another educational Counsultancy.

And I have asked for refund, they denied my “REFUND” by saying that I have signed a document which says no refund policy, and at time of taking the subscription the sales person did not said about this, right after taking the subscription I told I want the “REFUND” then he promised me that I will guided in every step in my abroad education but unfortunately I had the from others.

After sending numerous mails they don’t even respond quickly, “SO MY REQUEST TO EVERY STUDENT AND PARENTS, PLEASE DON’T FALL IN THE TRAP” and DO NOT TAKE YOCKET SUBSCRIPTION, THEY WILL LOOT YOUR MONEY”. YOCKET IS A SCAM.

My counselor sudha is always available to take up my questions and there's so much transperency between the whole process and always open to take up my suggestions and helped me to make better decisions.

The Overall experience from college selection to application and till getting the visa, been excellent especially Akhila Pabba my counselor always been there for me in this journey with her support I never felt the process is hectic

As someone who likes to work independently, approaching a consultancy for help in the MS applications was a big step.
