Fraud. Scam. Never received my order. Don't buy. Fraud

Ordered a pair of "Genuine Leather" boots from this company and what arrived was far from "Genuine Leather" Very Cheap looking, poor quality and not at all the boot I ordered based on the picture from their website. When I called and asked for a return, they told me I had to pay freight to ship them to Germany.....My order was shipped to me from the US so I'm not sure why I would need to ship to Germany. and they would only reimburse 10% of what I paid....What a joke... This company should be shut down, they are SCAM artists to say the least. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again....Beware and please don't waste your time or money with this company......

I wrote a great review. I thought they were helping me with an exchange. I paid for shipping for the exchange $30 for one shirt. They sent the exact double xxl shirt again. It was huge. I contacted them and they said sorry. Nothing we can do for you. I feel they are a terrible company and would never order from them. Please BEWARE.

York Miller is a scam company. They drop ship their products from China (my order took 35 days to arrive) and don't provide any reliable tracking information one the order hits the US border. Products finally arrived and they were so poorly made I couldn't believe I paid so much. They only offered a 20% refund if I didn't want to incur the cost of returning the items to some address in Germany, which is highly suspicious because they advertise a Colorado address. They claimed the shipping to Germany would be more than the cost of the items to behind with. Complete scam.

Very cheap material, not even close to fitting me. Got a large and fits like a xxl. Took 2 months to arrive. Don’t waste your time

I wanted to return my order because it was too big for me, and the customer service rep was kind and helpful. They proposed a deal that worked best for all parties and gave me step-by-step instructions on the process. My new shift fits well and I'm a happy customer.

The customer service was excellent. I ordered a leather jacket but mistakenly entered the wrong colour.Customer service responded immediately and changed the order.. BUT watch out …the so called “ leather” jackets are actually made of “pleather” a fabric/ petroleum or ground up bits of leather concoction. HOWEVER looks great, supple and what do you expect for $80 Canadian 🤪…. Just not telling the truth in their advertisements 🤔

They are made of great quality. Comfortable and surprisingly super lightweight. They support the ankle well and just look awesome. The only rough thing is it took nearly a week and a half to get to me but other than that solid choice I'm happy with my purchase

I ordered boots for my husband February 9 today it is March 29, my order has not arrived!! I have emailed them and have been told the delay is on the carrier end, they are changing wearhouses etc. I don't much like the run around. Supposedly, since March 22 my package is sitting at an express delivery service. This is very vague information. Jenny the CS person tells me my package will arrive very soon! This is a SCAM company! If you have to return anything you have to send it to Germany at the customer's expense. This company is a scam!!!!

I ordered three large sweaters from them and received two different sizes that were equal to or less less than a medium medium. New York Miller said they would provide a new garment provide provided I pay for shipping. The shipping I paid was three times advertised shipping cost on the website. The replacement garment is the same size as before, and they cannot answer as to how to identify the garment size. Which tells me they don’t even know and they just shipped whatever they have out. They say the shipping charge is high because it comes from Germany where in fact you can track it coming from China. Don’t waste your money.

Customer service was great in responding to all my inquiries. When I did receive my product. It was exactly what I wanted and expected. Will shop with them again.

I have totally been ripped off. I bought a jacket that is supposed be leather but they have sent a plastic one and now they are not responding to any emails or messages from the online store. So I can’t return or get a refund. It is a scam. Don’t buy off them.

Customer service is very responsive with this company. Jenny, who responds to customer service emails, is perpetually helpful and focused on providing useful and accurate information as needed. Unfortunately, I required the assistance of customer service because the sizing for one of the items I purchased was far smaller than expected - it is important to note, for US customers, that these products run in European or Asian sizes, and size comparisons may help you avoid the need to avail yourself of their customer service department, altogether.

Buy at your own risk. This product is misrepresented and terrible quality. No tags on clothing which confirms it. When trying to return, they claim expensive return delivery charges and start negotiating a low partial refund setting you up to be deceived even further. “York Miller” claims to have a Colorado location but then requires returns to Germany. Rather than continue my frustrations with them, I chalked it up to a lesson in online buying and research and will donate the clothing.

This company is not to be trusted. They -twice- sent me the wrong size shirt and refused to provide a refund. I ordered a size XL. The first shirt they sent looked like it was used and had the size tag removed. The replacement they eventually sent was also the wrong size. Both were at least two sizes smaller than what I ordered. Also, the quality was unacceptably bad--cheap Chinese-made crap; IMO nowhere near as good as what was shown in the pictures.

Nice shoes in a timely manner, no glitches and as advertised.

First of all, the sizing of the men's winter coats I bought appears to be totally inaccurate. If I had short munchkin arms, they might almost fit. Now, the bletent lack of communication from these terrible people is atrocious. I'm trying to return the items and have not received a call back or email from anyone. I would never buy anything from York Miller again.
