We have recently moved to the Yo Telecom platform and the changeover has been a breeze. We've been kept up to date every step of the way and the engineer, Geoff, has been amazing at getting us installed and swapped over from our old supplier. This is how easy a switchover should be!

Jamie was great, very helpful with the team in getting us all set up, would recommend him!

Today we had our new broadband fitted by Yo Telecom. Jamie explained how long the internet would be down for which was 30 seconds whilst he swapped it over to the new Yo Telecom Broadband. He also showed me how to use the pc application which is really going to help our busy estate agent with returning any missed calls.

After becoming a new owner of a bar and bistro i was overwhelmed with all the things that needed organising. However, that all changed when Geoff Shannon helped sort out the businesses phone system and wifi. I’m incredibly grateful for his patience and kindness.

After experiencing really bad customer service from communication suppliers, we opted to go with yo telecom. Geoff Shannon the engineer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, always answered our calls and made the installation a good experience.

We just had John Richards from yo telecom installing our new system. Exceptional engineer put all the staff and residents minds at rest whilst installing our system . His knowledge of the system was incredible, very tidy you wouldn’t even know he had been here . Thank you John .

We have had great experiences with YoTelecom.
The company I work for has been using YoTelecom for the last 4 years to consolidate all of its Broadband and Telecoms resources together. YoTelecom have been a great help and have supported us through the journey while also leading on new projects and developments within the business. I don't think we could have gotten as far as we have without them.
The Support teams are brilliant especially Darren who has gone above and beyond, they really know their stuff. They always seem to be available and ready to help out with any request. So far the best Telecoms company I have dealt with.

Joe from Yo Telecom, installed our new phone system and Wifi. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and tidy. He also was helpful explaining the new system and answering my endless questions !

The sales team are great initially however, when faced with an issue we were ignored not only by them but also the management team and accounts, but still very happy to take the money. I am leaving 5 stars because of the engineering team namely Darren who went above and beyond (even on his days off) to take ownership of the issue and get it sorted. Darren is a credit to the company and a shame others do not take the same lead. If it wasn’t for him we would not have continued.
