Great value, fantastic service!

Easy to order. Good quality product. Sweets arrived promptly and well packaged.

This is the 3rd time over the year I have bought from this company. I must say I am very disappointed. The sweets were more copies than original and weren't that good. I dont think ill purchase from this company again, which is a disappointment.

I honestly didn’t enjoy one lolly from the 1kg mix. Almost have a medicine taste, Very disappointing as potential is there. It’s clear they’re fresh just don’t taste the best.

Absolutely fabulous! Very good selections. The only thing I would say is they didn’t seem mixed up so it was all the same sweet together. Mixing would be great!

I was disappointed with some of the sweets. They were copies of originals which just weren’t the same texture or taste. Really disappointing.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL ON TEMU AND DO NOT DISPATCH YOUR ITEM. WHEN YOU EMAIL THEM TO ASK A QUESTION THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER IT AND STEER YOU BACK TO TEMU WHO ARE ALSO USELESS. YOU ARE THE ONES SELLING AND NOT DISPATCHING ITEMS REGARDLESS OF WHERE YOU CHOOSE TO SELL. MY SON IS VERY UPSET BECAUSE HE WANTED TO TREAT HIS DAD WITH HIS OWN SPENDING MONEY!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Sweets are gorgeous but delivery just took too long! I ordered these as thought they would be a nice thing to order for gifts for people in the future but delivery was just too slow which is a shame!

I am including the order numbers for transparency, as this review relates directly to both orders and the correspondence I had with You Pick We Mix. This is based on my genuine customer experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of You Pick We Mix for several years, so I was extremely disappointed when a pouch arrived with a slit across the packaging.

I reported it immediately and simply asked whether the sweets were safe to consume, as they were intended for children. With compromised packaging, there was a genuine concern that something could have entered the pouch or that the contents could have been exposed or contaminated. This was a product safety concern, not a complaint about the sweets themselves.

The outer box was completely undamaged, and I immediately made it clear that I had used nothing sharp to open the parcel. Another pouch positioned directly on top of the damaged one was also completely intact. I provided these details from the outset specifically to make it clear that the damage could not reasonably be attributed to the way I opened the parcel.

I expected the damaged product to be taken seriously, with the pouch potentially being requested back for inspection or investigation. Instead, I was met with an unnecessarily dismissive and accusatory response, was told a replacement could not be offered, and was left with the impression that I was being blamed for the damage.

They also incorrectly suggested that I had received additional pouches free of charge. The photograph I provided showed four pouches, but all four had been purchased and paid for across two separate orders. This was simply a misunderstanding on their part which could easily have been clarified before making assumptions.

Only after further correspondence did they acknowledge that they could not establish when the damage occurred, offer a somewhat belated apology, and make what I felt was a rather backhanded “gesture of goodwill” by offering a replacement.

I am extremely unhappy with how this was handled. There was very little consideration for the fact that I had received food with compromised packaging, particularly when the sweets were intended for children. After being a long-standing customer, I expected a professional, respectful and safety-conscious response from the outset.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company, and I will now be looking elsewhere when buying sweets in future

Product arrived fairly swiftly and had no problems being kept informed. Got the 1kg bag of pick and mix. Honestly, just very disappointed and underwhelmed by the quality. Some items like the wine gums tasted fine, but others like the cola bottles or the rings were just very soft, more like jelly than chewy gelatine and the flavour was fairly weak and generic.

If your ordering this thinking you are getting old english sweet shop quality sweets, realistically your not. I would liken it to something like a tub of Trolli you might get at costco.

I ordered the 1kg You Pick we mix bag that was perfect.
I also ordered the 1kg ready mixed Liquorice. This was very disappointing. Not even 5% of it was liquorice. Liquorice is black(very dark brown in colour) not E number colours for pink, red, yellow, green, black etc. which is not liquorice.
